We stayed for Fridayz Live this weekend and the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave everyone free drink vouchers as check in is 2pm however it was 3pm before our room was ready, which is understandable given the turnover of guests. Our room was great, lovely big fluffy towels however the bed was uncomfortable and the body wash was empty. I appreciate the refillable bottles instead of the little sample sizes for the environment however they need to be maintained. Overall I would definitely choose this hotel above the others. Also we parked in P6 and it was only a 5 or so minute walk.

Everything was great and we got complimentary wine and chocolates on arrival.
Only down point was taking advantage of pricing hike for our stay due to a major concert on the night of our accommodation.
The rooms were very clean and the location was spot on.

Nicely appointed rooms large sized with desk and king bed, bathroom with separate shower and bath. Bed is super soft and comfy but often felt I was rolling out of bed in my sleep. Good choice of pillows along with supervised square ones which aren't much good for sleeping but good for sitting up in bed. Breakfast features a reasonable assortment of hot and cold, with fresh fruits and pastries. Hot food was more lukewarm and of the 2 mornings 1 capaccino was barely warm. Overall a pretty good hotel with great service, breakfast was a bit ..meh..
I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert at Accor. It's the first time we as a family had stayed at a hotel. The two young girls (one of them with ginger hair, the other named Gabriel) working on the front desk were super helpful and friendly. They gave us a complimentary gift bag for the stay. I was blown away.
The cleaners I walked past and said hello to were also nice, and just like The big Tongan fulla that works there. He showed me where the gym was and hoped I enjoyed my stay. The people/ staff that work there truly are wonderful.
The room was tidy on arrival, and walking into air con was such a blessing. Especially after coming out of 36 degree temperatures outside. The beds were super comfortable to sleep in, and free wifi plus Foxtel. I loved it.
My only fault would be the shower. There was mould build up in the shower on the wall. Not a complaint. Just an observation. I know the staff are on time schedules with 16 floors each with lots of rooms to clean. So I looked past it while staying there. That, and I believe the shower drain needs unblocking so the shower floor doesn't flood. Because there was a build up of water ever time we showered.

Apart from that though. I still rate it 4stars.

Booking was corporate via Egencia app. The credit card provided was not mine and the person on book in insisted I pay for the 4 nights stay up front rather than allow me to obtain the credit card it was booked on and pay on check out which is the normal process. I was happy to have my credit card on the system for any additional charges but as I was staying due to work commitments did not want to pay personally. The Concierge was totally unhelpful and determined to get payment in advance. He was very pleasant to the point of being passive aggressive although his offsider was lovely and did see my point of view.
The room smelt like someone had recently used the toilet when I entered. The carpet is worn - the bed hard - and the room service meals very limited and expensive. The bathroom toiletries were not checked and replaced with the body lotion empty from the second day. The body wash in the shower was new and still had the keeper on it. I cannot see properly without my glasses and had to get out of the shower and enter again with my glasses to see why it wouldn't pump.
The restaurant has lovely ambience but again overpriced for what you get. I had a meal with a work colleague who paid $65 for a piece of steak that he could not eat for the gristle.
I will be recommending our company not use this hotel again for any stays for out of state employees.

45 minutes to check in & as a gold Accor member! Finally get to the counter & we definitely didn't get treated like members. In fact the bloke checking us in didn't even know until I told him & had to ask whether our instructions for the night were noted. Rooms here are dated & definitely need a spruce up. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The best this hotel offers is location for concerts & sports events. Perfect!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park this weekend. The staff are always incredible and go above and beyond for their guests. A special commendation to John in the Executive Lounge for his professionalism, poise and kindness. It's always a pleasure to stay at the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park and we eagerly await our next visit.

Special shoutout to Joe and Xavier who really made our stay shine. Just nothing seemed too crazy to these people. The rooms are very nice, and the staff were only too happy to help us with the extra linen we needed. Excellent location for Olympic Park events.

Disappointing stay. Room was very expensive (over $600 for a basic room with no city view). Room did not look well looked after. Clock radio was not operational so I could not charge my phone. I asked at reception if I could borrow a charger and was told no, that I could purchase one at the railway station.
No slippers were provided in the room despite their advertising that comfy slippers were provided. In all fairness, after we contacted housekeeping, the clock radio was replaced and slippers were provided.
The bathroom was nice with a large bath but the toiletries were attached to the wrong end of the bath so each time we needed soap, we had to do a contortion act to retrieve a pump full.
The bath had no hand rail and we are in our seventies. So getting out of the bath was extremely difficult and my wife almost fell as she got out.
The television on the wall had a small screen- once again disappointing in a supposedly 5 star hotel.
On the positive side, the beds were comfortable as they always are in Accor hotels and the restaurant provided good quality meals and breakfast.
Our final grouch is that despite being Accor All members, we discovered we were charged double for our breakfast and have to wait for a few days for a refund.
Overall, not up to par in our estimation.

I want to be able to give the Pullman 5 stars, but they just aren't doing the little things correctly at the moment. I don't know if it was because it was a particularly busy weekend that we were there, or if they were still having issues with their new system. I was travelling with a platinum Accor member and when we checked in, we weren't given any information about the benefits that the platinum membership should give us. Things like breakfast, the executive lounge, the special wifi etc, was never explained and we had to check the Accor website to see what was available. We didn't get our replacement waters every day and it took us 3 attempts to get our cards to access the executive lounge. When we enquired about this, we were told that the membership was only showing silver on their system. It was like it knew about the platinum membership for some things and not for others. The rooms are of a high enough quality, but are now starting to show their age a little. The air conditioning in the room also doesn't seem to be as efficient as we have had in other hotels. The staff are usually very friendly and are happy to help in all situations. I can recommend the buffet breakfast, as the food seems to be of high quality and very fresh. The location of the hotel is amazing if you are attending any events at Sydney Olympic Park, as it is walking distance to most venues. If the Pullman could just polish up some of the little things, this would be a definite 5 star rating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. The Restaurant, Reception and Concierge staff were friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast at Bacar was delicious. The Housekeeping staff immediately addressed our concern about dust in the room. The Porter and Valet services were slow due to the Easter Show, however our checkout time was extended to accomodate the delay. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here during the Easter long weekend in order to be close by to the Easter show. I was extremely disappointed by our stay, especially by the cleanliness of the room and by the customer service. The couches in the room were absolutely filthy and the suite we stayed in was so dusty - definitely not 5 star quality. We booked 2 nights and honestly couldn't wait to go back home. I understand that the hotel was at full capacity during this weekend so staff were probably under a lot of pressure in which case more staff should have been on to ease their frustrations, because it definitely showed.

In a time when even the best hotels around are either overpriced or simply sub par, the Pullman is pretty good. They still have a mini bar and all the conveniences you'd expect. Their lounge is fair but not up to the standards of other 5 star properties. It has a beverage for your taste and a small selection of nibbles. This property is getting a little tired in parts but I understand they are refurbishing soon. The only downside really is no Foxtel for decent news channels or sport. Apart from that it's good value for money and I have stayed their a few times.

I visited this hotel today and asked to see my room where I stayed. They said the room was dirty. I informed them that I don't mind seeing a dirty room and that I just wanted to inspect the smell of SEWERAGE due to their reply to my review. The receptionist called someone and informed them which room I stayed in. It was from that moment on that I waited roughly 30mins. I think anyone with basic common sense would notice what happened here.

Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park is a disgrace to our beautiful and world famous park. Their management consists of people who do not bear the basic ethical responsibilities to be truthful and honest with their customers who are being deceived into believing that this hotel is rated at 5 stars.

Once you pass the facade and enter your room you'll notice this hotel doesn't deserve more than 3 stars. How on earth they're able to advertise as being a five star hotel... I cannot imagine...

The rooms smell like sewerage and I received no response after reporting this directly to the hotel manager.
Our room had no air con and our stay was torture. Promised a fan, no fan came. We have been battling the hotel to get a response to our complaint for weeks. Their customer service has been appalling. I shouldn't have to call, email and chase them! Beyond fed up with this hotel. Only stayed there for the location. Their rates are a complete rip-off too. Never again!

Room service was great and the location was easy enough to get to via train. The only thing that let it down was the coffee machine at breakfast... Rather than attaching the milk to the machine, we had to wait 30 odd minutes for a latte and flat white. Otherwise a great stay ?

The hotel was just lovely, the staff, and amenities were perfect. I would have rated them 5-stars but I have to say the restaurant 'Bacar' was a disappointment (will leave a separate review on their page) so (sadly) they lose a star in my opinion for that.
As far as the hotel goes, check-in was swift and friendly, the receptionist was lovely and asked if it was a special occasion, it was (our wedding anniversary) so generously offered us complimentary parking. There was a chilled bottle of champagne and petit-fours waiting for us in our room which was lovely and ample (we booked the Executive King Suite for our special occasion). Nothing was a problem and staff were all friendly and happy to oblige. No pool sadly (the hotel directory simply directs you to the several large and ample Olympic swimming venues within a stones-throw of the hotel.
Loved it, would stay again, might give the restaurant a miss next time and check out some of the other fine restaurants in the Sydney Olympic Park quarter.

Checked in on time.
$44 for parking (should be included with stay).
Specified it was an anniversary stay in booking, no mention or extras unfortunately.
Room price vs quality, not great. Put in a room without a view at all (not a busy period). Dust on furniture, room bar bottles and shower head. Spa tub, not all jets working and controlling knob not functioning.
Furniture aging, chipped, worn out.
Window sills water damaged and swelling.
Standard TV channels ended up having to stream off the phone.
Breakfast, directed to a seat, no explanation of buffet or where to go.

Only stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. Could not fault anything. The staff were exceptional could not do enough for us. Very compassionate seeing we were in Sydney for a family funeral. Would definitely go back again hopefully under better circumstances. Special mention of lady at reception and Joe.

I have mixed feelings about my recent stay. Some positives were the entrance foyer look modern and well appointed. Staff were professional helpful and warm. The bathroom was generous in size with a full bathtub. The location was very desirable. What let this stay down was the condition of the room. It was a bit of a disappointment. It look tired and lots of wear and tear everywhere you looked. Large circular stain on the blind. Doors we scuffed. And the bedside table had so much wear on it. Varnish off in high traffic areas. Almost like someone has damaged the bedside table with a knife.Pretty ugly. The soap dispenser in the shower keep falling off when you pumped it and the room didn't come with shower caps and the other toiletries extras. If you wanted them you had to ring down and ask for them. The remote to the tv was very temperamental and only worked occasionally. Visually and functional it was very under whelming. Won't be returning sorry.

This hotel really needs a update, rooms and restaurant is really outdated. But the level of customer service is definitely warming and I loved it. From the meet and greeter at the door to the desk where the agents checking people in, and there colleagues in the restaurant there level of customer focus and professionalism was definitely one of the best, and I enjoyed there company. The meet and greeters at the door are definitely the winners. The way they present themselves and there generous tone of voice, is so humbling, because it assures me I will be looked after.

The only issue I had was the outdated rooms, I think the ibis across the road have better rooms and rates. If you pay premium price, atleast have premium rooms.

But I definitely would be coming for the service??'?Keep up the go of work
Stunning rooms with refined modern fixtures throughout. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating on check in, even though they were extremely busy and it was close to midnight.
King bed was very comfortable and room spacious enough to entertain a small party.
Hotel is perfectly situated for those attended events in Olympic Park and would recommend to anyone.

Very average room service. Cold food with sugar on the fires. No refund offered on the overpriced late night meal. Given the bill was over $1000 I think they could do better. The assistant manager refused to remove the below acceptable food bill off $35 from the room charge, great way to loose a regular customer.

Really nice hotel, corner room was great. Joe at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

Great place. We love coming here and sitting outside with our two pugs. The food is great and the service is super friendly. We'll always be back.

AMAZING! from the day we met for my brother private wedding there. The people that work that were super friendly and accommodating. When people arrived to the reception they were in awe at its beautiful. The chef team was absolutely professional and all course was beautiful. The day was just perfect and we wouldn't change a thing. I could not recommend this venue enough!

Spotless, spacious rooms with friendly professional staff. Reasonable room rates and a great restaurant. I'd highly recommend staying here. Only downside is the excessive parking cost but that's Sydney.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The quality and service are amazing. But in this hotel you have to pay money for everything even parking. I'm pretty sure if the manager could charge you for breathing, undoubtedly, he would do that.

Don't miss out the Lunar new year market with exotic lighting surrounded. It features variety of food options from delicious local Sydney Olympic Park retailers to some of Sydney's best food trucks. Practice social distancing and use masks while you visit Olympic park and be safe.
