Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park - Pub in Sydney Olympic Park New South Wales

Good things- room was beautiful, bed comfortable, good size bathroom, great location
Not so good things- we were booked for 3 and everything was prepared for 2 - 2 cups, 2 tea/coffee, ect. There was no milk in our room on arrival we had to request from service. We attended a concert when we got back the food options between 11pm-6am menu were very limited. We ordered ice cream ( ok but very small) and Ruben sandwich- was not eaten at all way too many pickles. Would have liked to of seen a pizza on the menu or club sandwich or simple pasta.

We recently stayed overnight at the Pullman to see Billie Eilish and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a corner suite with club benefits. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in the corner suite. The staff was amazing - very helpful and friendly.

Room extremely old and tired - furniture outdated. Bed uncomfortable. Room service order got lost and took over an hour to be delivered. Totally unacceptable for the cost of the stay. Spend some money on the rooms and update them to be more inline with current hotel offerings.

Really enjoyed the entire experience from valet, check in, comfort of the bed and breakfast the next morning.

Super close to the stadiums, so an easy walk despite the heat. Plenty of space in the double room for the family.

Was happy with the overall experience, but there was 2 things that bugged me a bit from our stay. The room service was very difficult to cantact by phone just after 11pm even though they have an all night room service. I was also VERY unimpressed that I was charged for 2 items from the minibar when everything was double checked and accounted for as we left our room. I Was told that I would be given a refund, (which I have not received yet and am really hoping that I don't have to call back and chase it up again) but the fact that If I had not caught it myself by checking my invoice and then having to call and rectify this issue was very frustrating to me and this issue really put a sour taste in my mouth. It makes me second guess the reliability and honesty of the Pullman and its staff.
