Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, Sydney NSW

My husband and I had an outstanding stay here. It was perfect for our Anniversary celebration. All of the staff was very professional and polite. The only con was due to the AC unit and thermostat difficulties. It was a little frustrating that the room Air conditioning would not cool the room consistently and there were instructions posted on the thermostat stating to keep the thermostat no lower than 20 deg C. But other than that, we had an amazing anniversary! The staff went out of their way to welcome my husband and I for our Anniversary. The greeting card, treats, and decorated bed for our Anniversary was an outstanding surprise.

Stayed here after disembarking our cruise. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Nice litte bar (a hidden gem, if you didn't know it was there). Great Location, perfect room. Great Views.
Great little Italian downstairs, grabbed a couple of pizza's for our dinner, sat on our balcony to enjoy the world passing by by.
A perfect way to end our holiday :)

I was extremely happy when we arrived and were able to check in very early in the morning. We had traveled overnight and had about two hours sleep. This started our time in Sydney with a very positive start. Then the room and location were stellar. The view of Circular Quay is a must. We really enjoyed people watching on the balcony. The room had everything we needed for a great stay. Having the kitchen and washing machine was super beneficial. We had been on a month-long journey through Asia ending in Sydney. On our last night we were on the balcony enjoying leftovers from Chinatown when two cockatoos landed on the balcony railing. We could not have asked for a better ending to our vacation. We are planning to return in two years and will definitely stay here again.

We only spent one night here unfortunately but it was a fabulous choice. We were met with friendly staff after our 19 hour flight who helped us accommodate an early check in. They gave us a wonderful overview of the area and what to do during our time here. The room was AMAZING. Much more than I anticipated with a stunning view of the bridge and harbor. Walking distance to tons of great places. We enjoyed our time here a lot!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights in a harbour view room to celebrate my birthday. Apart from the exceptional location and views the Pullman went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Lovely welcome towel sculpture and birthday sign on arrival and returned from our outing the next day on my actual birthday to a personal hand written birthday card and dessert plate!
The waiters in the restaurant were lovely and the breakfast delicious. Overall a wonderful stay and perfect hotel to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you Pullman!
