We had a lovely two night stay at the QT Sydney. Rooms were spacious and the entire space is intriguing. Great happy hour at the bar, and friendly staff throughout. Location is very central to everything you could want. Keep an eye out for the entrance (right at Parlour - but you'll need to grab a lift to get up to check-in). We did not have a view on L4, and unsure if the levels higher up did.

Wonderful hotel and hotel room, only surpassed by the lovely ladies who work here and provide such great customer service. The location is so central that you can walk to so much of the city, if you are a walker. Lent us an umbrella when it was raining. Would definitely stay here again, and again, and again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent - except for housekeeping.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were kind and accommodating. However, the housekeeping service lacked consistency, as if there were no standard procedures in place.

We stayed for nine nights, and from the first night, we noticed issues. Small towels were missing, and the bathtub was dirty. It wasn't a big deal, so we didn't complain. After the first housekeeping service, the bathtub still hadn't been cleaned. To test if they would notice, I even left towels inside the tub, but they remained untouched. While they replaced our towels, they didn't remove the dirty ones left in the bathtub.

Throughout our stay, they never refilled the tea, not even once. To see if they were thorough, I left a small tissue on the carpet near my nightstand - it went unnoticed for the entire stay.

If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel may not meet your expectations. We didn't complain because the staff were nice, but overall, the housekeeping was disappointing.

They upgraded us to a suite, the hotel was nice and historical hence we expected things to be a little dated and rustic but the cleanliness could've been better of the room. The breakfast was nothing exceptional but their coffees were outstanding and always a hit. Location is amazing and central to transit and everything, would stay again if it's lower in price.

Absolutely incredible service!! Was blown away with how welcoming, helpful and kind the doormen and reception staff were. They knew what you needed before you even asked. They made our baby and dog feel like VIP welcome guests which was absolutely amazing. They delivered our food deliveries to us and brought us cutlery etc without us even asking. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. Love the arty interior of the hotel. We had the best stay! We have stayed at other high end places and the service and room space in this hotel was extremely impressive in comparison. Above all the service was immaculate - they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too hard for them to help with. Cannot praise the service enough. Thank you so much for everything ❤️
