I booked a room and ran out of service to say I'd be 30mins late. Next thing I know I'm getting calls and getting abused by the owner accusing me of all this unknown stuff I had no part of!
They never refunded me even though they had said they will. They took my money when I didn't even step foot in there establishment. Very unprofessional and I will be taking this further. Absolutely appalled by the behaviour I received over the phone. I paid $140 to get verbally abused over the phone. Typical Tasmanian attitude.

Recent lunch sessions, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the steak sandwich; it's truly one of the best in central Victoria! Great place.. friendly staff. The beers, which they have quiet a few of on tap are great. Huge footy TV. And the food is awesome.

Been going here monthly for years. Went in on a quiet night to take the kids to their first restaurant. Asked for a table close to the toilet and away from the front door as my autistic child needs a quiet place close to the toilet. They wouldn't allow it and only offered me the closest table to the front door in a separate room from the toilet despite me asking twice. Will never go back here.

We had our son's 1st birthday at the Queens today and we are absolutely stoked with how our day went. Amazing service, the space is generous in size and the meals are 10/10. Well priced as well! Hats off to Cal and the team! 🤘🏻
