AMAZING! Best service amazing clean fresh room ! Big thanks to Nachiket absolute legend, made us feel like home and gave us the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel! I stay in hotels every weekend and he was the most helpful and enthusiastic guy I've ever had at the check in! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

We stayed overnight here specifically to enjoy the Lunar New Year celebrations at Darling Harbour. The staff on reception were welcoming and helpful, thank you Tehreem & Will. We stayed in a spacious, lovely & clean queen suite with kitchenette, balcony and rain showerhead.
The hotel pool was terrific, as were the sauna & spa!
Just a few minutes stroll to Darling Harbour, Darling Square (for the fluffiest souffle mango pancakes at Brother Cafe!) and Chinatown - we had an awesome time! Thank you 😊

I would highly recommend coming to this place. It's in a great location of cbd everything is walking distance or there's a tram nearby. The room itself is always clean, spacious and lovely. They got great service and friendly staff + a nice pool with spa and a buffet breakfast for only $29. If you ever come to Sydney this is place to stay :)

Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable whilst having that hotel feel that you want. Location was excellent, so many food options around and the tram line was super close. Reception staff Tehreem and Oshin gave lovely food recommendations and were very helpful. Special mention also to the cleaning staff who were so polite, friendly and made sure we were happy with our room. Overall a great place to stay and would book again!

Excellent choice. The room was huge, comfortable, and well equipped. A nice balcony. All great. Location was also very good, allowing walk to the majority of the main spots. Staff was always friendly. Price was fair for the quality, so it is totally recommended.

The service was great. It is in a great location, very close to public transport and easy to access shops and local sights. The room was very large and well furnished, however it was a little dated. We had a great view from the balcony. I really liked the incentive program with a voucher if you forgo housekeeping. I would also skip the buffet breakfast, there was a small selection for the price.
