Rooms are great nice and clean but a $100 deposit is not transfered back yet after couple weeks of check out. How would you get away with our hard earned money, ridiculous

Lovely hotel and rooms.
I was a bit hesitating after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with the service, the location and the cleanliness.
The room was clean and spacious. More importantly the customer service was also excellent. Thank you Rick for looking after us during our stay. We will be coming back for sure.

The hotel is blessed with motel value and hotel value there are differences because customers all around the world especially pacific comes there which makes it easier to locate any kind of humans there, the vibe is in the name as u can see.

passing through sydney for work, stayed the weekend here said it was 4 star so why not ,
first of all ive been catfished the pictures do not match the reality.
soon as i opened the door it smelt of mold.
holes in walls.
bathroom is incredibly outdated. and leaks water all over the floors.
ask for $100 holding fee (incase damaged) no microwave in rooms , and thats not the worst of it all! both our cars are covered in flying ants the kind thst hang around garbage ive been to the car wash twice and there still crawling over me when driving.
walk outside your hotel room there is rubbish everywhere. along with ibisis scabbing through it. horrible experience for $400 for 2 nights. would not recommend
