This hotel was worse than the motels I have stayed in. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel.

The checkin process was easy though we were served by a very unwelcoming lady at the front desk. We were two families and had two rooms booked. Both rooms had a strong mouldy odur as we entered and the second room was not even properly cleaned. We went back to the front desk and advised of the issues. A nice staff member offered to look into it and went over to see the rooms. She said the age of the building was the reason for smell and offered to swap rooms. They prepared two other rooms which were both sprayed with some strong room freshener. We went over the the rooms and both rooms, while better, were still not up to the standard. The bathroom handles were broken in both rooms and we could spot cockroaches in both rooms. The wardrobe doors had issues and carpet in one of the rooms looked like it had not been cleaned for ages. As we had wasted almost 2 hours already, we decided to just settle in. Then comes the next day and we were told the room services was every 3rd day or charged at $50. After requesting, they cleaned the bathrooms and replaced towles. We told the cleaners about the broken handles and theyvsaid maintenance was not available due to long weekend.

The included breakfast was below average too. Very limited options and we were given undercooked hash borwns. When we returned them for replacement, the chef with a very unhappy face fried the same hashbrowns again. We skipped the breakfast for the rest of our stay.

The location itself is pretty average too. There was a grass lawn in front of our room. The lawn belongs to the hotel and is not maintenance. There was always some kind of odour coming outside. The rear side where the pool is located was okish but we did not see anyone using the outdoor pool.

We are never staying in another Ramada or Wyndham properties after this experience.

Very bad experience here at Ramada Hotel & Suites. The room was old and it was not really clean. There is no toothpaste included, so bring your own toothpaste. I was charged $100 for no reason. So I rang them up to ask for the reason. They said because they have found "strong smoke smell" inside our room??? What the heck?!! Me and my friend we are non-smokers and we can't smoke inside the room because the fire alarm will sound! So where the heck smoke smell comes from? To get what they described "strong smoke smell"??? Afterward they want to refund $100 to me but I'm already asked my bank to refund it as I cannot recognise the transaction. Thanks for $200 for one bad night stay at this place!!! It was terrible experience at your place!

The place was a previous motel and now has room service and daily cleaning, so therefore is a hotel. The rooms are a bit older with silicone around baths all worn. But comfortable, clean, has a small gym, mainly cardio equipment and some weights. I would go back as the location is perfect for me and price was good

We got here and the room was very dodgy and had a gross bathroom. We didnt care much until we ordered room service. It finally came after an hour and was missing a drink and our dessert. After we finished eating we called to get our missing food. it finally arrived but was still wrong. Not very happy so far.

A nice and friendly place to stay. I had a problem with the TV and Aircon in my room, so I contacted reception. The team was very quick to investigate and resolve the problem.

Food at the restaurant, good portions, great value for money and very tasty.

I had a chicken parmy the first night, it was huge and perfect. Second evening I had Bolognese, again very tasty.

A bit of road noise at night as close to a main road. But overall a great place to stay.

"I won't come here again," were the exact words that echoed in my mind the moment I stepped into the wretched embrace of the "Pestilence Palace." The air itself was a nauseating blend of decay and desperation, as if the walls themselves were sighing in resignation.

Cockroaches, seemingly the only inhabitants truly at home, greeted me as if I were an uninvited guest in their realm. They skittered across the floors and walls with an audacity that left me questioning my own sanity for staying even a moment longer.

The carpets, worn and stained with the memories of countless regretful visitors, seemed to harbor secrets better left untold. The furniture, a collection of mismatched relics from decades past, added to the overall aura of discomfort.

Venturing into the bathroom was an exercise in suppressing a shudder. Grimy tiles and a shower curtain that looked as if it had faced countless battles and lost every one painted a picture of neglect that was impossible to ignore.

The staff, if you could even call them that, wore expressions of indifference that seemed to be their uniform. Requests for basic amenities were met with shrugged shoulders and vacant stares, solidifying the sense that I was a mere inconvenience in their world.

As I surveyed the scene of my unwitting torture, a sense of clarity washed over me. The "Pestilence Palace" had earned its name with a dedication I hadn't anticipated. With a vow never to return, I made my escape from this nightmare, forever haunted by the memory of an experience I could only label as a stay gone horribly wrong.

Very run down, we had to change rooms as our first one everything was broken.

The shower was amazing. It had 2 shower heads.
Won't be back. Sorry

We had to book this using our Wyndham membership points, as we did not get the Wyndham in city. Rooms were sub standard having cracks in the roof. Not maintained well.

The aircon was old and was having mould inside. Which is a health hazard. They should change the aircon. Room no 116.

Will not recommend.

Looks appealing but there are a lot of things that need repairing, most things have been attempted to be repaired looks like a home handyman has tried to do it, unsuccessfully. Restaurant staff couldn't even organise a Vegetarian Nachos, as apparently they come pre-prepared with the meat on them - hmm don't think so. Buffet breakfast was average at best

My wife and I attended a local neurofeedback training course, so we booked the closest hotel 'Ramada' to the venue. I am sorry to say but this is the worst accommodation we have ever stayed at.

The accommodation is run down, its dirty, and the maintenance people must be Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble because the toilet plumbing is held together in room 230 with duct tape, the shower keeps running, and the floor tiling design results in water going everywhere when you have a shower.

We reluctantly tried the restaurant on our first evening, the service was poor. We order two meals, and they got it wrong, and the quality of the food was pitiable.

Please avoid this place. I feel resentful giving it one star.

The worst night of my life. I booked a King Superior Room, but I received an oven. The AC wasn't working, and there wasn't anyone at the desk when I arrived late at night to chat. The receptionists in the morning were very shady and I assumed they already knew about the AC and offered me this room because I told them I would arrive late. This was the worst hotel I have ever slept in. Sadly, there are no negative stars.

Best T-bone steak ever, staff are happy to accommodate when put in their place and issues pointed out but otherwise would rather turn a blind eye on minor things that could actually make people's stay better over all.

Needed somewhere to stay while my husband was in hospital in Liverpool. This was the Hotel that could offer 5 nights straight accommodation. Rooms were clean and comfortable and as close as l could get to the hospital for a reasonable price. I would stay there again as l felt they looked after me well

This is my third time staying at ramada. It's my safe space when away from home. The bed is excellent. Not too soft or too hard. The location is easy and accessible. The food is excellent. And the humble staff who are sweet, kind and helpful make it a pleasant experience. I've been a little bit of a pain in requesting extra blankets and changing rooms that suit my sleeping preferences but they have been accommodating and patient. That's my honest feedback.

Stayed for the long weekend in a room with three single beds for a state netball carnival. Very neat and clean, breakfast was amazing each morning, highly recommend and the eggs are the bomb. Beds are comfortable and room has enough amenities to make it comfortable. The meals of an evening were well priced, and the T Bone steak I had was well cooked. Would recommend for a weekend stay!

First of all , Ramada hotel carries great trade name through out the world and for 118 Aud expected to have least great interiors .I would bet some of 80- 99 Aud hotels have much more better interiors and bed .The room is so easy to hear outside car noise and walking noises .i couldn't even sleep the whole night because of the noise of the cars.
