Third wave at Riversdale was amazing! The lunch was incredible, and the staff were fantastic.
If we hadn't had to come home to Ballarat we'd have had dinner there too!

Dined at Third Wave restaurant which appears attached to the hotel. Third Wave also appears to be American franchise ...loads of slow cooked meat. You won't go hungry. Ribs, pulled pork, marinated chicken wings, steak. Not cheap. Service was great. The meat was dry. Should have been moist. Succulent. Tasted like reheated left overs. Edible but don't recommend a return visit.

bistro renovation is beautiful....booths you can order 3rd wave cafe directly to your table no time limit....pool table. awesome job guys. cheers

They're also in connection with the restaurant next door Third Wave you can order it from the QR code on the tables.

Third Wave Riversdale brilliant. (Please note attached restaurant to Riversdale Hotel) The staff & food cannot be faulted. Do yourself a huge favour and go VERY hungry with a very empty stomach. You're going to need all the room you have!
Riversdale Hotel is open Sunday through Saturday from noon until 3 AM the following morning.
