Rollingstone Hotel

I was appalled at the condition of the filthy rooms on offer. That were inhabitable or should have been, pure filth and insecure also as no door at end of corridor so was possible for any passer by off the highway to enter. .Not sure when community showers were last cleaned they were a disgrace.
The owner was abusive when a meal was returned that was inedible , seems he has no concerns for his reputation and feels it's his right to abuse patrons , especially females. . Can't believe that authorities that govern this type of "joint" would still allow him to trade. Beyond belief .

Lovely pub but as we went there with a small dog (too hot to leave outside), told we can only be up on the grass out front, at uncomfortable tables in the sun if we want to eat. Had our beer and left. A shame because there were plenty of shady outdoor tables we could have sat it. So don't go there if you have a dog with you. ???'

Rooms were a disgusting excuse for accommodation. Food was okay, over salted, steak too tough to eat. Sent it back and got verbally abused. Never go back. Wouldn't recommend

Great place to stop on the highway. Eftpos has been an issue the last few times I've been. But there's an atm. Little understaffed but the service out ways that. Beers are cold and food is delicious!

Classic roadside pub. Big food portions, killer Parma's, affordable beer and friendly service that went out of their way to chat to non-locals like me. Highly recommend!

Just had tea here and can only be described as an honest and genuine outback pub meal. Best parmi I've had forever and drinks were super cheap. Great owners (I assume) and would definitely recommend. 4 stars for a pub that is a great genuine country pub on the highway. Lot of vans parked out the back so assume you can also stay overnight. You would most definitely feel safe if camping overnight and assume whilst some highway noise - is certainly not excessive

On our first day, the staff were friendly, good food, good beers and offered a fair price for the hot showers.

However, a few days later, different staff initially denied having hot showers, then admitted they did after we mentioned using them previously, but quoted a much higher price. I felt she was just generally unfriendly which left us feeling uncomfortable in the venue, therefore all 4 of us left without ordering our meals and drinks.

Great location, amazing service, perfect distance for a bike ride or drive and right next to the Rollingstone creek for a swim. Unfortunately it needs a makeover and an influx of money to bring it back to 2024. The shade sails are broken and flapping in the breeze. The pool tables out back aren't utilised as most people don't know they are there and the rooms are pretty ordinary considering the price. I hope and wish the best or luck for the team at the Rollingstone hotel.

Just had some food and drinks, Lovely staff, very friendly. Huge outdoor seating area, great hidden gem

The drinks are cold and crisp and the food is hot and delicious, both orders taken with a good attitude and great service.

The rooms have a TV and an aircon that both both work. (What more could you need) very affordable.

Have to try the rissoles. Great atmosphere, gonna be stopping here from now on!
