Lovely old pub in the Main Street of Barham with views over the bridge to Victoria. We had lunch in the bar and it was very tasty with big portions. A good menu selection but even though we had heard the steak was fantastic here we went with some good favourites. My Caesar salad was one of the best I have had and John said the Parmy was up there too. A great country pub atmosphere would recommend

I saw the sign for "Hot Rock Dinner"
It was an experience!
A nice thick scotch filet served on a sizzling hot slab of marble was brought to my table.
Slice it, dice it and cook to your own perfection.
It was tender and juicy and I can't believe that I was able to eat the whole thing!
I chose the absolutely delicious mushroom sauce on the side with smooth mashed potatoes and a salad.
If you're going through Barham near dinner time - The Royal Hotel is highly recommended!

Dropped in for dinner and were glad we did.
Hot rock steak is a must! hubby looked happy with it, and a decent steak.
Garlic prawns were delicious...
All round a cosy place thats relaxed and friendly... well done!

Good size real chicken parmigiana made with real breast fillet
