not sure what the man's name is, pretty sure he lives on-site and is in charge of room keeping, however he is super friendly and hardworking. My young children love him he's super nice to them, A friendly face is always a good thing. I think he's an asset to colonial. Overall the rooms are okay and they are always kept clean....location is convenient as everything is close by.

The staff could do with some angular management classes and also they need to pick up on their people skills or maybe hand the job over to a younger set of people evidently being too long in a job very very Direct and rude.

I recently visited my client at a motel, who is currently homeless and also deaf. As a support worker, I wanted to check in on him and see how he was doing. However, it was impossible to knock and get his attention. When I tried knocking on his door, it didn't make any vibrations. I then moved to knock on the window, hoping he would see me. Unfortunately, the window broke and the hotel manager was not happy. She wanted to call the police, but I tried to explain to her that it was not my intention to break the window, but rather to get the attention of a deaf person. However, the manager didn't seem to believe me and accused me of making a pathetic excuse. I was growing tired of her narrow-mindedness and mean-spirited attitude towards my client and me. It was shocking to see someone with such a cold heart and shallow mindset. She even went as far as to ban me from the motel because I am Deaf. My client told me that she told him clearly I cannot come again because I am deaf, displaying pure narcissism. I want to announce that discrimination, especially towards individuals with disabilities, will not be tolerated and that we need to increase awareness to prevent situations like this from happening again. This lady manager was from the Campbelltown Motel Inn, and her behaviour should not be accepted in any form.
Was there for a few weeks through temporary accomodation, after fleeing family violence... left a week ago & eldest had left his Nintendo Switch behind. Rang multiple times, in which they've got different stories about who cleaned the room. Clearly they're hiding something, as we've checked all our belongings & taxi which we travelled in. To no avail could we find it with us. Wouldn't trust them, nor would I recommend staying at. Horrible manager who is rude & obnoxious

When we arrived there was evidence that the front door of the room had been kicked in then repaired
Should have left then
True it did have a fridge, toaster and kettle however the only cutlery was 1 teaspoon and only crockery was cups
Fortunately when our dinner was delivered by menulog the local Community Service people were there with dinner for the permanent residents and they gave us wooden cutlery
The bathroom had no ceiling above the shower so you could see pipes and wiring and the bathroom window was screwed slightly open and could not be moved
The blinds had sections missing so there was a lack of privacy
The linen was clean but still stained
And the room was $175
Would we return Hell No

Booked a twin room which had only one bed until we advised them of the error which was then rectified. Was charged twice for room which was rectified when brought to their attention. Room was clean and beds comfortable but inlusions were very basic. Air con units very loud making sleep difficult. Was unaware a lot of rooms had people living longer term, not just travelling guests. People were quite loud and some smokers outside rooms smoke coming into our room, (unable to close bathroom windows to stop this). Overall not at all worth the nightly rate charged.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. don't stay here!
The receptionist was absolutely rude& the manager also. Bed springs was broken. No toilet door. Cigarette stench in the rooms. Air con was broken. Curtains broken people can see in.
The List could go on! Don't waste your money here!

The room was okay but there were cockroaches and also mould on the ceiling. The bath was dirty and hard to get in and out of. The room was very big with a lot of wasted space so it would be good to redo the bathrooms. I won't stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES. Rundown Filthy and Bug Infested. AVOID this place at all costs. The rooms are foul. The AC units are as noisy as a freight train. The blinds are old and broken. There are cigarette burns on the vanity. The sheets and bedding are geriatrics and paper thin and contain non-removable stains from whoever whenever. The Carpets are full of mites and you are scratching from the point of entry. The smell is like old dust and mould and you immediately know it's an unhealthy haven for bugs. The beds are so old they turn into a V from just sitting on them. To be anywhere near the Bed means you are also bitten by either Bed Bugs or Dust Mites. There are homeless people living in this Motel and an array of strange things were witnessed. The entire carpark is lit with bright floodlights all night long. The area is rough, there were sounds of Police Sirens all night long and some loud Band playing nearby and people yahooing. We didn't dare leave the room and felt very unsafe in this area and in this revolting Motel.

No star rating looks nice from the outside
But once inside the room
The floors were sticky
Mirowave dirty
No hot water to have a shower morning or night
No remotes and air conditioning was covered in dust
The sheets were filthy covered in hair and stuff after along drive and having to work in the area the following day poor service end condition make it hard
No milk for tea or coffee not that you would want to use the cups
Won't stay there ever again

I have driven from Melbourne to Sydney and stayed at this place and found rooms that have very bad smells and lots of mosquitoes. The Receptionist was very rude when I asked her to change the room or atleast cancel the reservation.
I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Rooms are smelly with old bedding in the first room I was in.
The bedding had bugs ? I was moved to a better room.

See photo of what I think was bedbugs.

Noisey all night long with doors banging people with loud voices (with no respect for others sleeping).

Very old motel with some renovated rooms, but a poor effort was done.

Long termers in some rooms probably not their fault but all the same with barking dogs ? all night.

Cars coming and going all night but NOT visitors staying overnight that I'm certain.

Difficult to find staff when I needed them, no microwave in room my relocated room.
TV was ok but could have been bigger.

I'm my opinion pay a little and go elsewhere like the Maclin Lodge up the road a bit.

I'm one of the more luckier visitors the bill didn't come out of my pocket this time.

Minus 5 ? 's is fair rating.

Basic, old, tired. Torn sheet, table lamps without globes, Heater remote not working, TV some channels sound only, no cutlery or breakfast bowls, bare walls, stark lighting, no fan in bathroom, no internet. Staff friendly.

Expected at least a fresh smelling room for $175/night.

Stunk of nicotine, a curtain that didn't cover the window so anyone could look in and see you in bed, a toilet holder held together with duct tape. $80 OK, $175, not acceptable

For a non smoking room, the smell of nicotine was untenable. It was so bad that we briefly entertained ubering home to Sydney City after midnight and coming back to pick the car up the next morning. (We'd were there for a celebration and couldn't drive after a few drinks). I woke up after 1am desperate to find a window to open and couldn't, and ended up standing outside for 10 minutes to get fresh air. The bed was on wheels and the slightest bump moved it. We woke at 630am to be out of there at 7am as we couldn't stand the odor any longer.

I have to admit it was the 2nd cheapest motel in Campbelltown on the night. But the room was dated and knocked about. It was clean and bed was made after first night. Give this place ago if we increase patronage they will do better. The motel was booked out. So they are doing something right.
After an long day drove , stop here at around 9pm for a night to have a good rest and ready for the next long drive for the next day.
The minus we walked into the room the smell was so strong of the chemical cleaning stuff, we though just open the door for 10 mins to get some fresh air in , but unfortunately the smell still stayed in the room all night make my throat very very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep well at all. We had to get up at 4am in the morning and get out the room. The room number is 333.
The smell of the chemical cleaning the carpet was horrible.

Door lock didn't work properly, took 10-15 each time trying to unlock the door.
Also may want to invest in extraction fans for the bathroom. Very much did not enjoy shower with a bolted open window with no privacy..
Rachel Hester
Very disappointed with the condition of the room; lampshades were torn, missing a slat in front blind so had to hang a towel there for privacy, cord from air conditioner hanging in front of entry door(had to hold back to open door), burn marks on vanity, stains on sheets, fridge rusty.
But...water was hot, bed pretty comfortable. Air conditioner works but noisy.

Neat and we'll set out rooms and pool is always clean
J. Rasinuvati
Ideal only for overnight stays. Facilities has seen better days.

Aircon is louder than TV
This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbors. Neighbors where loud all night. You can hear the traffic. Mold on the soap dispenser, and also shared soaps (yuck). The room had a horrible unclean smell. The list goes on, but this place needs to seriously consider updating their living areas.
