very welcoming and friendly staff, great food, facilities and atmosphere. the food at the bistro was fresh and delicious and the lovely lady who served us made us feel very welcome and constantly engaged with and made my 6 yr old daughter laugh while she served us dinner and dessert. the bar area had plenty of beers on tap and many screens to view sports. the fire places scattered through the place made it feel very comfortable and warm. i would definitley recommend this place for a beer or a bite. the day time view of the river out back looks fabulous.

Had a great evening out in the beer garden over looking the manning river.

Definitely the best and biggest breakfast in Taree.The food and staff are amazing. Roomy and clean surroundings. Well worth a visit.

Do yourself a favour and head to the royal for dinner. It's the best most reasonably priced meal in Taree. My wife and I go every Tuesday for trivia night, which by the way is a hoot, and ensure we order dinner. I can personally say the 400g T-Bone is one of the best I've ever had.
The staff are awesome and the whole place has a great atmosphere.

We had a wonderful date night with fantastic food and friendly staff. I highly recommend the pasta bosciola, just delicious 😋
And big thanks to the chef for allowing us to order 2 minutes past closing (we went by the website 9pm close, which has since changed to 8pm with new owners).

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was very reasonably priced and of exceptional quality. We could only just fit in the chocolate volcano cake, which was beautiful - we were stuffed! The kids loved this place - very high praise from some picky eaters!
