Royal Hotel - Pub in Woodstock New South Wales

Never went in but took a long distance photo of this lovely old building in a classic Aussie country town. Hopefully it stays in business but I had no time to stay.

Another weekend spent at this beautiful little pub. Clean rooms, good food and perfectly poured beer. Loved the service and the serenity of this place.

Had a great weekend at the Woodstock pub! It's a real hidden gem in the Central West. The staff were amazing and they've done a fantastic renovation of the entire pub, while still maintaining the old rustic feel. The meals are awesome and very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean and also renovated perfectly to give a fresh, clean feel. I cannot think of a better country pub I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot of them!

A wonderful old style country pub, with lots of heart and a great selection of wines, beers and spirits, along with good old fashioned Aussie bush hospitality. Staff are warm, kind and very accommodating, and locals are friendly and welcoming. It's in a lovely part of the world and a pleasant drive from the highway, with a great winding road through beautiful countryside, and worth the detour if you're taking an overnight break on your journey. The pool room and activities room with jukebox are more like a good mate's rumpus room and lots of fun, with video games and toys for the kids. Rooms are clean and bright, and beds are very comfortable. I'll definitely be back -  a hidden but wonderful gem.

I can't speak for the rooms. Didn't see these. The pub has great atmosphere. It's an interesting old "rabbit warren" of a building. The extensive beer garden has heaps of atmosphere and the food was tremendous.
