this food was absolutely splendid best pub feed i've ever had my boyfriend would say the same, food came quick, would recommend, i'm sad it's 3 hours from home, it won't let me select mash potato so i'll just say that was amazing too

Unfortunately we arrived at peak dinner time. Was very busy and so shouldn't have been a surprise that the food was ordinary. Fish was dry, pizza had too much cheese on it, so it was greasy, lamb chops were very pink, one in particular was seared on the outside but not cooked at all on the inside. Pick your day and time wisely as I feel the quality of the food was a reflection of them being busy. FYI it was Wednesday night at 6.30. Cheap steak night and trivia.

Was directed here by friendly locals trying to help us find a decent feed at 830pm. Made it just in time but still got an excellent meal. Great service, nice atmosphere and honestly good grub.
