I had booked the Oasis Lounge, located in the Sanctuary Hotel, for a surprise birthday party for my partner and his best mate. Their birthdays were only a day apart, so I wanted to plan something special. I spoke with the event manager, Rose, who made organising the event incredibly easy. She answered all my questions and provided all the necessary information promptly. Her willingness to accommodate my requests made her service exceptional. She helped me with venue details, arranging payment, and sorting out catering and drinks. We had several exchanges, and she was always understanding and helpful. A big thank you to Rose!
I also want to give a shoutout to Jason, the manager on duty, and Eric, our bartender for the event. Jason was fantastic in accommodating my requests, including the placement of the pool tables and coordinating when the cakes should be brought out. Eric was very accommodating with my guests and was quick to adhere to any restrictions I had set for the bar tab.
The event was a great success, so thank you to the entire team for making it a night to remember! Props to the kitchen staff for preparing delicious food that my guests loved. I will definitely book again for another event if the occasion ever comes up! Thank you!
