Side Bar - Bar in Haymarket New South Wales

It was looking like a dreadful dreadful night, every club was dead, we were bored, until we asked someone where we should head next. They told us sidebar was good and so we set sail. As we entered we met Chris, Jacinta, Ryan and Mikey , possibly the best and most beautiful humans on the planet. They alone, made the entire night a blast of fun and I would give them an award for being so awesome. I'm coming back solely just to see them

Had a great time at this venue. First time visiting, and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere - a friendly and vibrant dance floor, great music/sound. Had an interaction with Jacinta (manager) and she was super hospitable and accomodating. Have recommended this place to friends for a great night out!

Side Bar is an awesome spot in Sydney! The vibe is lively, and the music is on point. The staff are super friendly, and they make great cocktails. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends, meet new people, and just have a great night out. Whether you're up for dancing or just chilling with a drink, Side Bar never disappoints. Definitely one of my favorite places in the city!

I've tried visiting this club three times now, but every time, I've encountered issues with the security staff at the entrance. Despite carrying valid photo ID, they always claim there's a problem and refuse entry without a proper explanation. This feels targeted and discriminatory.

Inside, the bar staff also seem indifferent and rude. Even when standing directly in front of them, they ignore me and serve others behind me. This behavior comes across as racially motivated, which is deeply disappointing.

I had high expectations, but after these repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this place. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure all customers feel welcomed and respected.
