Really impressed with both the recent renovations & menu updates for Sodens.

Gluten free people -- this is the place to be! With almost ever menu option having a gluten free option was such a delight to discover.

We have never had a gluten free schnitzel/Parma out at a venue before & it was so good. The meal sizes were huge that we got take away boxes to keep eating at home.

There's a good sized kids room located centrally although the blackout windows make it hard to watch the kids fully but our kids had a wonderful time in there with some good old fashion running around.

We will be back.

Sodens Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The venue itself is outstanding, offering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional, both in quality and taste, and it was served promptly, ensuring a seamless dining experience. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the kids' play area provided an engaging and enjoyable space for our child, allowing us to relax and fully appreciate our visit. We were thoroughly impressed and look forward to returning.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Food was great. Chicken fettuccine (I had gf) was divine. Really tasty and huge portion. Sooooo many gf dishes to choose from it was really difficult.

Prawn chicken schnitzel was delicious except for a tiny part of uncooked crumb that had a weird texture.

Very clean, tidy well appointed bar and bistro. Great evening. Would definitely recommend!

Dropped in for beers & dinner on a flying overnight visit through Albury. Some great Google reviews brought me to this very traditional local pub and I was delighted to find a clean, well maintained venue operated by very friendly, professional & attentive staff. The Garlic Cheese Slab was massive but absolutely delicious. Followed by Garlic Prawns which were tasty, fresh & a very generous serving size. Great venue for a solo visit or with family or a large group. I appreciated the personalized service offered by the bar & kitchen staff - strongly recommended!

Very clean pub. Well presented, dunnys were spotless. Beers were cold and well priced. Bring an appetite if you get a meal, can't jump over them and very tasty indeed. Gave a 3 for atmosphere but it was 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon 🤣. All round great experience.
