Grilled herb chicken was absolutely delicious, unfortunately our meals all came out at varying times. The first meal came out within minutes the final meal after about 45 mins. The kids Parma was burnt.
Staff member Matthew was fantastic, from the moment we walked in he gave us a warm greeting and seated us, he was very attentive with his service through the night.

Food was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When ordering my uncle tried to use his membership to get 40% off our order but the machine had a malfunction and didn't expect it but the manager at the time helped put the membership through. The atmosphere is very family friendly with a kids play room and pretty good kids menu. Definitely will have to come back here

We waited for 1 hour 15 minutes o receive our dinner. When dinner arrived at the table, the chips were cold, however the steak was cooked to perfection.
The service was of poor standard, the waitress had no customer service skills. Will not be returning any time soon!

Over an hour. That's how long it took to bring out one meal and by the time they were done then came out the next. I had the cheeseburger which was almost as basic as McDonald's. It's obvious that this place isn't very popular as almost every table was empty.

Mid restaurant, never going again.

*****Don't have a promotion you aren't willing to offer*****I bought 2 kids meals on a Thursday evening. During the course of the meal I overheard from the waitress that kids eat free on Tuesday and Thursday night with every main meal purchased. I also purchased 2 main meals (and left a tip).
This promotion is something we were not informed of upon arrival. Considering we were greeted by a rude staff member who insisted he knew my father in law's surname, its strange (since he saw the 2 small kids) that he didn't mention this promotion.

Upon some investigation there is an A4 sign on the counter and online (my fault for not seeing it). We questioned this with our waitress however, we were informed by her that since we had already ordered via the App on our table the manager would refuse to offer the promotion. Fairly poor I think!

This is not the first time Sommy Pub has let my family down on a special occasion. In the past it's been the stench from the toilets and rubbery, overcooked parma. 3rd time unlucky I guess. Needless to say, no more patronage by myself and family.
