Spent 1 night here. The room was average, but as we only stayed 1 night, we coped. The tavern is a hidden gem. If you are driving through stop for a drink, the pub is a delight. The meal we had in the restaurant was bloody amazing with good service. If they cleaned up their rooms, it would be a 5 star place to stay.

We stayed here for a night in our camper. Alan, the manager, was so friendly and the food was beautiful. He bought out guitar and we had a sing!! It's definitely worth a visit, Good old country service!!

Lovely spot to pull up for a night. Campsite had everything we needed and we loved the tavern. Friendly locals, friendly service and good atmosphere.

Southport Hotel is the southern most tavern in Australia, it's a beautiful place with an fantastic atmosphere if you ever get the chance to go it's a defant stop. And if your in a motorcycle your in for a real treat.

Good food, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Call first for a reservation. No mobile service in the dining room.

We drove to Southport for lunch, a great pub with Bistro attached.
Had the fisherman's basket, salad, and chips. Very nice. Big meal, had to have a doggy bag, couldn't eat all of my meal. Wonderful day.
