Good service, polite and well mannered. Facilities were adequate. I don't rate the food well, received food poisoning from undercooked chicken and found a chunk of a plastic container in the main meal. Probably rate the food 2/5

I was invited to the St Albans hotel for dinner with a group of friends who live nearby. Wow! What a great place! The staff were fantastic. The menu was yummy and we had a fantastic night!
As I live more than 2 hours away, my husband and I decided to spend the night at their accommodation. It was very reasonably priced, very clean and quiet.

I would highly recommend this little hidden gem in the north west!

I went to my friend's birthday on May 11 and was welcomed by Nabii, a very cute and hospitable girl. She was the only one serving the food but she was always smiling and ready to come back to serve someone who had just returned from the dance floor. I really like the service of this young girl

Food was delicious especially the cheesy garlic bread. The lovely man who served us had immaculate service, very attentive. Stunning area with great views from the window that we sat at. Would recommend for family events as they do host functions here as well :)

I found the service in the gaming room. Very clean and most of the staff very helpful a staff member. by the name of Cam very professional and alert. To keep us customers happy and to keep coming. I was very happy to stay there. And enjoy the place for the evening. I will definitely go again.

Severely underrated! The food here is amazing and the prices are affordable! The steak, Parma and butter chicken are so good!! The service is always great and welcoming! We are very surprised that it's not busier - get in here guys !! A local gem #supportlocal

Food and service was great... I just think it should be optional to give a tip or not... Because when ordering in the venue and paying by credit card... There is no option for $0... The only smallest option is %5... I think as a paying customer you should get a choice... Apart from that... Yeah was good... Lil bit pricey... Be nice if they had a mid week special of some sort... Like a Parma and a Pint for $17 would be nice... I'd be more tempted to come back then.. .

Had such a wonderful experience when I came for dinner. The staff were lovely, helpful and so attentive, not to mention the food was delicious. I can't recommend this place enough, will definitely be coming back here!

Had great experience. Bed was comfortable, spacious room. Convenient hotel with bistro and bar under the same roof you do not have to go anywhere else.

Bistro is always a go to!! Food and customer service always amazing. Bit outdated decor, but don't let that turn you away from the awesome food and service.

Reviewing for just the location. Everything else about it sucks, I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT go on a weekday. Lovely view though.

This venue allows my pokies addicted wife in to loose all of our money. When she runs out of money they tell her to leave. It does not matter that she has lost hundreds of dollars. If she is not playing she can't stay and socialise with the people there.

Hotel had easy after hours access with twin room. All the amenities served our needs. If I am back in the suburbs I would return

Great hotel everything we needed. Stayed the night before an early flight the next day. Close to airport. Room was huge and cleaan and the bistro was absolutely delicious for dinner. Would definitely stay again for same reasons

Ate at the hotel restaurant. Fish and chips was noice, though the fish was a bit small. My friend's medium rare steak came a bit more than rare though, so make sure you emphasise your order ?

Fantastic service provided by the manager Andrea. Food was nice with reasonable prices. No doubt the best pub in the West. The manager on duty Andrea gave of a positive vibe, creating a positive atmosphere and an overall fantastic experience.

Went here for dinner for the first time. The food was very good, especially the calamari and the ribs which just melted in your mouth. The service was friendly and attentive too. Definitely will come back regularly :)

What a great place! Very friendly staff and great food in the bistro. Accommodation was also great for the night, clean and tidy rooms. Would highly recommend for a place to stay or a quite drink watching the footy!

We booked a table for a Saturday night and had a fantastic feed - the portion sizes are huge and you just can't fault the food. Atmosphere is casual, comfortable and the staff were very professional. A nice chilled place to catch up for drinks and the service was great. Thanks to MJ for prioritising our dietary needs and amazed at Kerry's cooking expertise!

Everything was great, I highly recommend St Albans Hotel! The food and the atmosphere were excellent, and they have some delicious specials, the Atlantic salmon special was amazing. I want to give special shout-out to the awesome staff as well! They not only provided excellent service but they also did not hesitate to ask about my food and if i needed anything. I'm so grateful and I can't thank them enough. I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love the food here! The chicken parma was amazing and cooked to perfection. The server, Lae was polite and made me and my partner feel so accommodated and welcome. Will definitely come back!!

No waiting. Excellent service. loved it.

Feels odd to award 5 stars to a hotel.. but that's exactly what it was. Nothing flash, exactly as described. The room was immaculate, the beds were new and soft; the linen fresh and crisp. And the shower.... OMG... so much hot water!!!
For $120 a night, we didn't have high expectations but we were delightfully surprised.
Husband even scored a complimentary beer at the bar.
Would definitely recommend for couples/random travellers.
Note - the rooms are on the first floor, up a flight of stairs. No lift.
Staff were very friendly.
Will stay there again.
