Took a group of 17 people for a feed and really didn't know what to expect as I've never eaten here before. Definitely didn't disappoint! Great meal, cold beer and a good old fashioned country pub feel. We'll be back!

A group of 10 had dinner at this great old style pub on a Tuesday evening. The service and food was beyond our expectations. Excellent value for money. Would definitely go here again next time we're in Tallangatta.

If you've missed breakfast and lunch then try the 'Gatta burger, but if you're not starving the other items on the menu will be satisfactory. The rooms are typical country pub with facilities down the hall.

Typical country pub. We didn't eat, so therefore, no rating for that. Atmosphere was nice and the drink very welcome on a hot day.

Stopped in on a Thursday night and had the Thu night pot and Parma for 20$. Our meals were excellent. Was real chicken breast and thick and very large and tasty. We highly recommend. Pot and Parma night. Had a glass of wine instead of the pot and was awesome. Great service. We would recommend. We even went back for a second meal there which was also nice.

I had the opportunity to stretch from driving so decided to stop here for a late lunch. Ordered Flathead Tails Chips and Salad from presented menu with a glass of Ale to go with it. My meal was delicious fresh lite batter encased the excellently cooked flathead Tails, chips were the best I've had for a long while, not much of a salad person is me (excuse my atrocious English) but I totally enjoyed the Salad which was fresh with a tasty lite mustard flavoured dressing which accompanied the fish and chips superbly. I would recommend this establishment for a great lunch stop.

Great meal, but it was more about the company. Nice to see that they do half meals for people who don't want a big meal !!

Lovely meal. Beautiful big, homemade schnitzels. The gravy was disappointing... inedible. Probably slightly over priced. And lots of little surcharges..$2 per meal for takeaway, $4 for gravy. Nice atmosphere, and wonderful friendly staff. Nice evening.
