Eclectic and stunning decor, meals were sensational and exceeded what I would expect from a pub in this size town. Super friendly owners, accommodation basic but clean.

Amazing pub, last night had Asian night whole town plus turned up, WOW Nicole you should be on master chef. John is pretty good too felt like I was in 'Cheers'. Definitely back.

We got a take away pizza as it was recommended by the place we were staying at. Was delicious. Looking at their Facebook page they have lots of good priced meal specials every week.

don't even want to give this pub 1 star but can't give zero star rating. I spent a Friday afternoon with my brother at this pub and between us we spent around $150. Each beer we brought they gave us a raffle ticket. They announce the winning ticket then wait to see who wins before announcing what the prize is. We won 2nd prize and we got a choice of snickers or Mars bar, I'm guessing because we weren't locals..3rd prize was a six pack of beer.

Friendly and quiet place for a cold beer.

Great place for something to eat and drink.

Was in a group of 7 , wouldn't let us take two small dogs (on lead and well behaved) into the beer garden. Very rude and unwelcoming publican.
Oh well not our loss as I'm assuming we would have spent around 400 dollars.
I highly recommend the pastoral just up the road.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
As I walk through the entrance door I was looked upon as if I had two heads.
I asked if it was possible to withdraw some money to spend in the venue to be told it was not possible and the only way this would be possible was to leave the venue and relocate to the Mathoura Bowling Club.
The two sitting at the bar(a busy day I'd say)had the same non existent personality as the guy behind the bar.

The one star rating is for the dog out the front as I walked into the venue,that made me feel more welcome then management.

Being a small town I can only hope anyone thinking of going to this venue reads this review first,and will happily spend there time and money supporting the Mathoura Bowling Club,who not like there friends down the bottom gave exceptional service and hospitality.
Disgraceful..
