Exactly what I'd expect from the beef capital in terms of meat quality, but how they cooked it edged them into the top ten I've had in my life globally. Good work to the chef working 18/12/2023, you're too talented to be stuck in casino.

It's a country pub not the ritz. You get what you pay for. Clean rooms you can hear the band downstairs from. Only issue was the tv remote could not be found and the replacement didn't work.

Great atmosphere, great service and some delicious food. Very happy with the kitchen staff who were happy to answer questions about my sons allergies and check labels for us

Dripped in for quick drink while waiting to catch up with a mate. Staff were welcoming and friendly, so much that we were laughing within minutes. Definitely recommended this tidy pub.

On arrival was greeted rudely eventually got to our room which it has no TV aerial then I asked for the Wi-Fi password as it is supposed to be free the rude lady behind bar with a snob face deliberately gave a wrong password then the second night a blackout happened and I was happening and if there would be any assurance to see when the power will be back which then gave let's another ladies aggressively told me what would you like me to do about it I paid 240 for a room that that smells like a public toilet with the floor stickier than a nightclub the publicans adjust aggressive and do not like their job which day take it out on paying customers

Just had a 70th birthday party. I had 50 guests. Family, friends, and relatives. The food was exceptional. The service was 1st class. Everyone had a great time. Staff went out of their way to make the night perfect. Will definitely be back.
