Good hotel.fab entertainment.good location.enjoyed holiday .would go again.only problem had to wait half an hour for evening meal last night of holiday .staff serving us thought we had been seen to.hol end of july

After dining here tonight with the family of 8, I can honestly say I will never return. Trust me I understand we are still in a pandemic and I understand more than most the restrictions on hospitality. The service tonight was beyond disgusting. We were advised of the 1.5 hour seating, which we understood. What I didn't understand was why our plates were removed with food still on them, some of us still eating, at the one hour 10 minute mark. We were then confronted with abuse by the manager on leaving at the 1.5 hour mark. After spending $300 for a below average meal, where they forgot meals, then receiving abuse, I have come home filled with anxiety and disappointment after what should have been a nice night. The entire place had 28 people in the restaurant, with the sign on the door advising they could have 75. This is not a place to go if you want either a decent meal, or staff that will provide basic hospitality. As we eat out 3-4 times a week, we will now be looking for a regular place that understands how to treat customers without abuse.

Great local spot to take the family for a meal or catch up with friends. Big and clean bistro area. The renovations have done wonders and created a great atmosphere. Food was good also.

First visit since refurbishment. Nice atmosphere and table arranging. Good food. Good service. Convenient lift up from carpark at rear.

Meals great as was service and staff. Renos are superb and great to note that smorgasbord has gone. A now favourite spot to eat

The new Reno's look great! Food was good. Service was fine. Kids area could have been renovated and made better.
