the pub was clean, service was prompt. the food was delicious, highly recommend the brisket burger as the meat was juicy, tender and flavourful. only downfall was the wait, it took quite a while to come out and we also noticed that other people that had come before us waited even longer for their meals, which was a shame. serving size was great though.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and the food has great presentation and taste. The staff are very lovely except for one old woman who is arrogant and has prejudice towards young people, she looks like she hates her job.

Had lunch at the Terminus today. We went back as we had been there a few times before and always enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately our meal today was awful. I had the
Char grilled lamb salad and the lamb was inedible. I had had it before and it was lovely. My husband had the open lamb suvlaki and his lamb was also so tough he couldnt eat it. We were so disappointedand doubt we will go back. Only one young girl on duty and she did her best to serve all patrons but service wasnt good. They need to lift their game I had recomended this hotel to friends but certainly wont be doing that again.

Cannot fault the homely nature of the Terminus.. welcoming staff, so friendly and lovely.. and they allowed us to relax and watch the basketball final even though it might have been touch and go for whether the projector / unit might work or not. Capped off a tense afternoon with some yummy beverages and a fabulous meal. Thank you for the hospitality team ??

Popped in for lunch. Lovely staff, great atmosphere. Very welcoming. Had a small issue with the food but it was fixed promptly and couldn't have asked for a better service. Thanks to the bar staff and manager at the time, great experience. Will definitely be back.

Great food. I have been here countless times. But they sometimes mess up orders or forget to even take your order. Everyone is nice though.

We were part of a group of 50 in the restaurant last night. People stood up talking, left their seats wandered around. In spite of this all the food arrived at the same time and in the correct places. Everything tasted great, as usual and the staff were wonderful. Honestly I don't know how you did it. Had a fabulous Friday night dinner, 4 friends and we were all very pleased with our meals.
The barramundi dish was superb.
Lovely dining area and great outside too if weather was fine.

Recommended to us by our Guest House people, just out of Town, but the food and service was great, and I liked the 70's decor in the dining room.
Brick walls and Arches were displayed very well, with modern additions all around. It seemed to have a Young clientele as well.

The food is fantastic. The staff are amazing. They must love working there. They are always so friendly. I hope management look after them. Because it's the staff who make this place what it is.

Amazing food. Great portions. This is now our favourite place. Staff were wonderful.

I stayed there overnight and though it was far more expensive than other hotel and motel rooms I've been at recently (including one in Canberra, which was far more equipped), my only real complaint with this room was that it was so musty smelling I was sneezing a lot during the night. Also ate there and all staff I came in to contact with were fantastic, with special mention of Zoe and Sharon.

After having moved to the area very recently we were recommended The Terminus as a great venue to dine with a young family. While looking a touch sketchy on the outside, inside has all the hallmarks of a great pub. We dined in the bistro and were met with friendly staff who couldn't do enough for our kids, including an activity pack.
The kids menu was good and the "grown up" menu had plenty of choice. The Calimari, Porterhouse and Parma were all excellent (although I should have ordered the 'Piccolo' Parma).
Will definitely be coming back as this was cosy, friendly, welcoming pub. Recommend.

The rattle and hum dining room was a really nice place for our family dinner. The food was excellent, especially the kids menu. The staff were so very kind to us. We thoroughly had such a nice evening here and we will be back. Thanks guys.

This has become our family's newest place to go for dinner out. From the outside you may think the place looks a bit run down however the inside is really nice and cosy. The main bistro area is neat and tidy with a great range of options. Can cater for small or large groups easily and the food and service has always been excellent.

Nice restaurant and separate lounge bar. Good menu and Seniors menu all at reasonable prices.

OMG, the best Parma I've ever eaten. I had the bogan Parma and if you love potato and gravy you must order this! Huge meal, couldn't fit it all in.

A local recommended this pub to me and I was very impressed. The food was amazing, massive portion sizes and very cheap. There were a lot of good beers on tap too. Definetly worth a look.

5 star rating for meals, restaurant, staff and facilities. My rating is not including accommodation as I have not utilised this area.The Terminus Hotel has really blowen my mind! It look's shabby on the outside, but inside it's cosy, clean, open and inviting. The meals are AMAZING - and very reasonably priced for the serving size. Make sure you're hungry!!Top marks to the chef, and staff on a wonderful meal that won't break your budget :)

Waited over an hour for our meal, the staff forgot our order. No apology given and was not rushed through the kitchen when we alerted them we had been waiting while everyone else that ordered after us received their meals. They just basically said the receipt was lost and not given to kitchen, bad luck. Very unhappy and restless 2 year old. Was a nightmare. Understand things happen but with the unwillingness to rectify we will not be visiting here again.

We ate lunch here after having a drive with SuperCar Tours (which run just outside the hotel). The service was 5-star, such lovely wait staff. The food was delicious! We will definitely go here again if we have a day out in Healesville!

Rooms were surprisingly good for a pub, meals and staff also very good. Recommended if u are passing through. Doesn't look like much from the outside but a good value place to stop over.
