Good coffee spot with a nice atmosphere. However, the sofas and tables are often dirty, and more attention to cleanliness would really improve the experience. The staff can be quite slow at times and could be more attentive to customers.

It would be great if tables were properly cleaned before guests sit down, and if tissues and water were refilled upon arrival. Also, bringing the EFTPOS machine to the table for payment would make the service more convenient, rather than asking guests to walk up to pay.

With better attention to service and cleanliness, this place could easily be excellent.

I was really excited to come because the place has a great atmosphere but this was honestly the lowest level high tea I've ever had.
The first thing I ate was the oyster and it was really fishy, I just hope it won't upset my stomach later. The rest of the food wasn't good either. The scones were like they were made by someone trying for the first time. I also noticed people at other tables left a lot of their food.
And on top of that even though I had already paidcwhen I was about to leave someone asked me Have you paid? I even had to show my receipt. That was really rude.

This has become my go-to coffee spot around Martin Place in Sydney. Located in the lobby of the Fullerton Hotel, the ambience is always inviting ??" bright, spacious, and with plenty of comfortable seating.

Their high tea selection is something I genuinely recommend. The staff mentioned that they bake their pastries and scones on-site, and you can really taste the freshness.

I also love that they always serve their coffee or tea with complimentary biscuits or cookies ??" a small touch, but always tasty and much appreciated.

A fantastic place to relax, catch up, or get some quiet time in the city.

Absolutely loved the pink afternoon tea for October Breast Cancer Awareness Month!! It's so incredibly stunning, creative and delicious. I enjoyed everything and was really full by the end.

The fluffy lemonade scones were the highlight for me, some of the best ever and a dream combo with guava and fig. This was my second time having their high tea, such a beautiful experience both times!
