The whole place lacks atmosphere. Came here on a Friday night and the bar was dead. Several people came in for one beer and left again - presumably because there was more atmosphere at the morgue. Food was mediocre and expensive , so was the beer. Not sure what the hype is all about , I'd rather drink at home. Left feeling hungry also.

Food is delicious, forever changing their menu and always amazing.
Service is great, staff continued to restock our drinks and seek feed back for the meals ,
Staff actually knew the meals that are being created and could provide details and recommendations

We were celebrating a family members birthday. Eight adults four children.
The children were catered for and were made to feel special. All Adult meals were nicely presented and delicious. A fussy adult was catered for without any issues. The quality and quantity of food was exceptional. The friendly and knowledgeable staff and homely atmosphere made our evening relaxing and a memorable night out.

We had the Korean BBQ menu. We were happy with the cuts of meat provided the BBQ: pork belly, beef ribs, beef bulgogi, oyster blade steak, skirt steak, and marinated lamb. They had some nice side dishes.
Ways for the restaurant to improve the experience would be: sticky rice (so the rice doesn't fall off from the chopsticks as easily) and having sesame oil and salt as an additional dip for the meat (because they will elevate the flavour of the meat).
Otherwise, it's pretty good. ðŸ˜Š

The Cambrian Hotel is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon until 1 AM the following morning. They are also open Sunday from noon to 4 PM.
