Giving 2 stars because the customer service from most of staff is pretty poor. Noone is directly rude or anything like that, they are just not very welcoming or all that friendly. Would make such a huge difference if they actually gave some good service. Still a decent place to go to when you're in the area.

Both servers I spoke to appeared to be new hires with inadequate training. Bartender didn't know how to make a lemon lime bitters.
Best steak I've had in ages though.

Quick service, nice food although I had to send out a search party to find d the chips on the fish n chips Senior's meal.
The offer of water with the meal would have been appreciated.

OK I signed in via QR code then showed my Medicare supplied vaccination certificate. Last Thursday that was enough identification yet today I was also asked to show a 3rd level of ID via Medicare card or drivers licence - I refused & promptly left. What is going oni

Appalling from the staff at The Chase. Rocked up with a few mates and was informed by the security guard that 'they cannot assess us for our level of intoxication' despite not being disruptive or aggressive in any way.

Poor showcase of refusal of service, and disgusting behaviour from the staff at a local pub out of lockdown. Will not be returning and will be passing this on to further authorities.

Me and my mates were refused entry despite showing no signs of being intoxicated. They refused 10 paying customers who were causing no issues what's so ever.
Not a good way to treat customers after you have just come out of a lockdown.

Food was nice. Slow coming out and they couldn't get the food to the table around the same time.In saying that because of the delays we all got free coffee and my dad(birthday boy 85) got a voucher to come back another time.

The staff here are completely USELESS! When you stand directly in front of them, with your money in your hand, they just look at you, ignore you and walk off. You stand there for 5-10mins waiting for them to serve you, all the while trying to get their attention and when you do finally get it they tell you things like hey Ive just come back from the kitchen and I was busy even though youve watched them stand in front of you doing nothing.I went with friends and over half of us were ignored throughout the night while ordering at the bar. The staff are not switched on at all and look at you with blank vacant expressions. Clearly whoever is hiring here is just as bad. Zero customer service skills!! The girl in the glasses and shirt hair act like shes miles away, the old guy with the short black hair looks right through people as it they werent there and the small mousy blonde girl is either new or has an inferior personality as she looks at you and runs away to do something else.None of us will be going back here. Sadly it just proves that you can renovate a building but you cant renovate the staff.Save your time and money and go to Hungry Jacks instead. At least theyre well mannered and acknowledge their customers.

My partner and I like coming here every so often to play the pokie machines. Giving it 2 stars because the customer service from most of staff is pretty poor. Noone is directly rude or anything like that, they are just not very welcoming or all that friendly. Would make such a huge difference if they actually gave some good service.

I would like to thank the manager from the venue for taking up his time to organise our loyalty cards, and giving us the best experience we could have at the chase hotel.I would be happy to recommend people there and surely will be returning.Regards,Anthony & Michelle

Responsible gaming tips

When playing, remember that:
  • Playing is supposed to be fun, so leave when it stops being fun.
  • Make sure you don't spend more than you intend - take how much you are happy to lose, and leave your cards at home.
  • Don't play when tired or when inebriated as this will impair your ability to play responsibly and know when to leave.
  • Know when it's time to leave - and leave.
