Went to the bar/bistro on a Saturday night and the vibes were great! Went for dinner and to watch the footy, and thoroughly enjoyed the crowd and live music. Food was very nice, and good range of drinks. Very popular place, there was even a line to get in! Very fun local place to go to

We had the late v-line to Southern cross station. We have no battery on our phone and almost all the cafe are closed. The nice lady gives us a space to stay and charged our phone. Warm service.

Location: next to the beach and good walking track. Also near the street with various restaurants.
Nice place to stay you want to spot the sunshine in the early morning and don't want to get up early.

Room: nice and clean
Family room with two double beds and one single bed in two seperate room is good for a family for vacation. Air-conditioner is warm.
Budgets room with two single beds has everything you need in budgets.

The bistro and bar is a goldmine! Massive space with a view of the water. Huge play area for kids with bouncy castles and a mini theatre. Kids can be entertained for hours. Really good food to top it all. Highly recommended!

When we first arrived, we were immediately greeted and directed by a helpful staff member, making our first time experience very smooth.
We were advised to order food quickly because it was busy and their system had caused some delay. With saying this, our food came out 20 minutes after ordering and the sizes were greater than ever, couldn't even finish the meals.
Highly recommend!

Richard who works in the bar is the most delightful human! We had such lovely chats with him over the weekend, funny guy. And the hardest worker I've seen in a long time... he was buzzing around the place wiping tables, collecting empty cups, serving customers - did not stop! What a great role model for the younger staff, showing them how it should be done! Employee's like that make such a difference to a patrons visit to the venue. If you had an 'employee of the month' award, Richard is easily my vote!

Headed down yesterday for a three night getaway and thanks to lockdown, begrudgingly had to leave today. The service was amazing from arrival, the room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing. If I could afford to stay the week, I would of without a doubt. Thank you for an amazing stay, next time I hope it will be longer.

Hotel manager was awesome! Originally booked for 2 (for 1 night) we upgraded online (for a little extra) then needed 3 beds. Rang & got the manager who sorted us out AND upgraded us to a bay view room. It was renovated a couple of years ago & is clean, tidy & adequate (esp for the price!) Would definitely recommend!

We visited the North Pier Hotel and Bistro last weekend on our trip to Phillip Island. We came here for lunch and ordered the fish and chips and they were by far the best we have had. The flakes were crispy and cooked to perfection. We also came here later in the day and enjoyed there locally brewed beer which was really nice. The bar is very large also and the ambience is really good. The views are also amazing. I highly recommend visiting this hotel on your stay in Phillip Island.

Great concept. Excellent for groups or families. Especially the play area. Every meal i have had has been average. None i would eat again. I would love it if food improved because its a great environment.
