??'?? · Check-in process was simple, and the receptionist was very friendly. The apartment was very secure as one needed the keys to be able to enter the building, as well as take the lift. The room was bigger than expected, clean, and there was everything you need, including lots of utensils, pots and pans, a washer and dryer, oven, hairdryer, dishwasher etc. WiFi was stable and reliable. The rooftop boasts awesome views of the city, do check it out!

??'?? · The view could be better as we were facing another apartment, and the smoke alarm was located right in the kitchen, hence it did not take much effort to set it off.

Fantastic in every way. Innovative layout of apartment gives spacious feel. Rooftop BBQ and city lights. Could easily live there a few weeks, everything provided. Car parking so convenient to get in and out, easy to navigate around Melbourne but mostly we walked or tram, it was so convenient. Felt very safe and secure too

Our 2nd stay here and it was even better than the last. The apartment is stocked with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay - fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy beds. The location is perfect, just a few steps to Swanston St and the tram and Victoria Market is a 5-10 minute walk. This is our choice of accommodation in Melbourne!

Reading some of these reviews, I wonder if they are talking about the same place... we are a retired couple and have stayed here for a week, on two occasions... in November 2022 and November 2023. The building is beautiful. Reception is classy with a sitting area and gas fire. The staff have been genuinely friendly and helpful on both visits. They even allowed us to store luggage on the last day. Rooms have ALWAYS been spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff are also helpful, giving us extra soaps, conditioners etc when asked. The rooms are cleaned once a week for guests staying 7 nights. This includes new towels and bed linen. Both our rooms had nice furniture (remember, people can be VERY rough with items). Loved the design of both rooms. Spacious, excellent quality European appliances, the BEST beds we have ever slept in (45 years travel). Ok cooking utensils vary, but when we asked for a replacement chopping board (the wooden one was split) a new board was delivered to our room soon after. The view in the first room was better as you could see out onto Queensbury Street. The second faced the next door building but we could live with that. Thick window glass and thick sliding doors kept the noise at bay in both rooms. (I'm a LIGHT sleeper!) and the aircon was excellent, with a vent into the sleeping area too. We accidentally left a small packing cell in the room. Selina called us on the way to the airport and she organised its return via post, which was fantastic. I understand that the opening hours are restricted but they did call us on the arrival day to ask if things were all ok with the trip. We arrived at 12.30 and they had the room ready for us. Of course, each unit is different and may have different owners. But really, we've had two visits and cannot fault the lovely staff we have encountered. And it's sooo close to the cbd and Lygon Street, too!! Walk everywhere!

Great place to stay!! I gave 3 stars for service because no one mans the desk at night. Otherwise, all my needs were attended to next day.

Stayed here, room was all good but unfortunately left my wallet in the room and got my cash and card details stolen after room service. I lost cash and someone used my card for a transaction as well. Tried contacting the support team through email a few times but had no reply.

The apartment we stayed in was modern, clean and we'll set out. It is in a secure building with secure parking (fee for parking ) it had a nice kitchen area if you wanted to cook, a washing machine and dryer a separate bedroom a small living space and a nice little balcony. The ladies at Reception were lovely and very helpful. We discovered the dryer wasn't heating and after informing them a replacement dryer was installed within an hour. Great service. The location is close to a tram stop and there are many restaurants and cafes all around. Lovely stay and I definitely would stay here again.

The apartment we stayed in was below average/ budget accommodation. Two different curtains on the windows in bedroom and lounge which did not cover the entire window. Not just different in fabric but in colour and length too. Not blackout curtains either. No a/c or heating in the bedroom which was a double bed not queen. The sofa bed in the lounge was stained. The view from the balcony was of the student accommodation next door

The Eminence Apartments by CLLIX was a great stay. Very close to a tram stop, so it is easy to get around the city. It was centrally located so we could visit many different areas throughout Melbourne. The apartment interiors are older but had everything you need. The in apartment laundry was fantastic!

We stayed with a large group for the Australian Grand Prix - the 2 bed/2 bath apartments were perfect for two couples and spacious enough for a few nights. The apartments are just outside of the free tram zone which means it's often easier to tram into Melb Central for more route options, but you'd need to tap on/pay to get in there. The staff were not overly receptive but helpful enough.

Very comfortable rooms with excellent amenities

Nothing "luxury " about these apartments, no reception, no room servicing, carpet and lounge were filthy, doona had stains, shower had nowhere to put soap and parking instructions were ridiculous. My team and I stayed there through corporate booking and this property will be red flagged to never stay there again. Very disappointed!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff were not very friendly or accommodating, and seemed to be more interested in making money than providing good service. The location was also far from ideal, with limited dining options and noisy surroundings. Overall, my experience with this hotel was unpleasant and frustrating. If you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel last month and was required to pay a $200 deposit before checking in to ensure that I wouldn't damage their furniture. However, the hotel has now refused to refund my deposit, claiming that I didn't clean my room before leaving. This is completely unacceptable and unjustified. The fact that the hotel is using this as an excuse to keep my deposit is outrageous and unfair. It's disappointing that the hotel would try to find excuses to keep my money. I do not recommend this hotel and advise others to be cautious when dealing with their deposit policy. I tried to discuss the matter with the staff, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. As a result, I am very dissatisfied with my experience and feel like I was treated unfairly. I would caution others against staying here if they value their money and peace of mind.

Great Location

As per the name Did NOT Arise to the occasion. Check in when we confirm was 2-4pm. Received phone call around 3pm asking where we were. Reception open till 5pm. Said be there in 10mins, response ill do you as a late check in. When we arrive staff rude, condescending and what not only photo copy of id and credit card, but also s $200 bond that would take 7days to return to me. Don't ever stay here, can't speak of rooms as didn't even see them, just got out of there

Clean place, perfect location & friendly staff at the reception.

Awful service. Gave us the worst possible view you could imagine. It also didn't even have coffee facilities even though they specifically said they had it. When asked they said they had overbooked and did nothing for out week long stay. Disgrace. The bed is super uncomfortable and you literally jump up when your partner moves. The couch is actually very old so the pictures on their website do not show the real look. Every appliance fees super cheap and about to break.
There's a lot of street noise and 0 view. As the reception staff advised this is a student accommodation not a hotel stay which was not something we were told about when booking.

Great location, nice room and friendly staff! Had a great stay here with my two sons. The rooftop was excellent and had a fantastic view of the city scape. The reception was a little hard to identify but the staff were great and were happy to accommodate with requests like onsite parking and late check-out. Will certainly be back in the future and would have no hesitation with recommending to others.
