The Family Inn, Rydalmere NSW

Lovely old school kind of pub with exceptional service from May and Michelle, two barstaff who are a credit to the hospitality industry. Always with a cheerful and positive energy when serving their patrons!
Recommended: Steak sandwich with chips. Plenty of flavour and extremely filling for a reasonable price!

My 1st time visiting here, after hearing some good reviews about the food. Ordered the schnitzel but the chicken smelt a little off. And I'm not sure why they call it the family inn, when it's not really a family environment. Not much for the kids to do but run around on the small patch of fake grass next to the smoking area. Then management did nothing when we caught one of "their regular customer" filming the kids, eating off their plates and following them around. I would NEVER bring come back to this place nor would I recommend it to any other families.

Irene was absolutely amazing! We arrived around 8:45pm ordered a drink and asked about dinner she said I think the bistro is closed however told us to wait a minute ran over to the bistro came back and said it's all good! We got what we ordered and it was delicious!! Thank you for such impeccable service ☺️

We came in for lunch the day after Father's Day as I was working Sunday. We had been here before so my dad wanted the ribs. We didn't see the ribs on the menu on the website. Dad was disappointed but we came anyway. To his surprise he saw the Father's Day special was ribs, he was excited but disappointed at the same time as he thought he'd missed out. I approached Justin the restaurant manager & asked him if the ribs were still available, he quickly said they were. He's a wonderful man that has excellent customer service. He accommodated our needs perfectly. The only thing I would ask for is you bring back the nachos & ribs to be a permanent option on the menu.

Great people, not crowded. Plenty of tables.
Food reasonable price but quantity gigantic big meals. Huge. And tasty.
I love the staff. Their great, friendly,sociable and pollite. Feels like a home.
