The staff were very accommodating in fitting our group in at short notice. The schnitty I had was good. I would have liked to see a ginger beer on tap, but that's purely personal preference.
We had a really great and chilled of time in the beer garden.

Thank you to the Franklin Hotel on Franklin St Adelaide for welcoming our large (27ppl) special needs group at short notice. They provided excellent food and service with a choice of a small area specifically for us or the beer garden.

After a very disappointing experience at Electra House, some of our group had gone home. We put a note on our social page, and 9 more people joined us at Franklin Hotel for dinner and were comfortable.

We really appreciate not having to explain our LGBTIQ + or disabilities to get a suitable area, nice food, and good service.

Thank you, Franklin Hotel, for having us stay a couple of nights for our wedding. Booking was smooth and fun. We were able to come and check out a room (vacant, of course). Complimentary bar fridge with tea, pod coffee, beer, cider, and cola. Double shower and a massive bath!
Staff are professional and chill. The pub downstairs is excellent. Vast variety of beer, wine, and spirits. The food was delicious 😋 and came out quickly. They have a beer garden and heaps of tables around. Also, outdoor seating. Very quickly becoming our favourite pub in Adelaide.
We couldn't hear downstairs at all, but we could hear road noise from the room. The soap tubes were tricky to open but made for laughs.

Very nice place to enjoy a craft beer. We went for the Tap Takeover " yesterday. Bartender took time to answer all our questions and provided great service! Highly recommend.
