Inn Hotel - Pub in Geelong Victoria

Went to the Inn before a show.. we didn't have a booking but were given a bar height table which was fine.
Orders taken promptly and service was great. The door was constantly left opened to the beer garden which made it incredibly uncomfortable and cold. Needs an auto closer!
Meals were under whelming and tasted pretty ordinary.
Staff were fabulous and friendly considering ut was quite busy!

We have visited The Inn Hotel several times on a lazy Sunday afternoon for an early dinner, and each time has been a delightful experience. The vegan options offered are truly exceptional, going beyond the typical salad fare found in most pubs. The bar staff is not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring that our dining experience is nothing short of perfection. The food is served promptly, allowing us to enjoy every bite without any unnecessary wait. The Inn Hotel is truly a hidden gem that we are excited to continue to explore for its vegan offerings and a nice cold beer.

Customer service from Polly, we were the only people in the bar at about 5.45pm before going to dinner elsewhere. She single handedly make our first visit to the Inn a fantastic experience and made us what to go back. She is a star ⭐

I recently visited this bar for lunch during a business day and ordered the chicken schnitzel. Unfortunately, the wait time was excessively long, which is far from ideal during a busy workday. Additionally, the table was sticky, indicating a lack of proper cleanliness and upkeep.

When the schnitzel finally arrived, it was average at best. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't memorable or ideal.

I hope the bar can improve on these aspects in the future.

Amazing bar staff!! The girls were unbelievably accommodating and welcoming. We received excellent service from start to finish, drinks are well priced and the Espresso Martins were absolutely delicious!
