Wow wow wow! We were blown away by this amazingly pleasant stay! Everything from start to finish was perfect. The room was not ready until close to 4pm even though we had hoped for an early check in but that was fine as they took my bags, and allowed me to go downstairs to the spa to freshen up with a shower. The spa had no available services for in house guest which was a bit of a shame but they seemed busy. Again, a lot of kids here as well so be mindful if you are opposed to kids in the pool, etc. The gym was nice but small. The amenities were perfect. The buffet was divine and absolutely stunning. We would stay here every time if we could. It is a small boutique sized hotel which made it absolutely perfect for us. It was quiet and the room was nice. The staff was kind. The room service was exquisite. We just had a blast. Nothing but high and higher remarks for this hotel! We hope to return one day! It was safe and serene, away from the major city. One thing we were disappointed in was the tv. We couldn't connect to any smart apps or streaming services and the TV wasn't working on more than half the channels which the staff came up and looked at. They said they would fix but it never got fixed. Luckily, we were only watching in the evening.

**Terrible Experience - Will Never Stay Again!**

I'm beyond frustrated at this hotel. First off, they downgraded our room without any prior notice, giving us a terrible view when we specifically booked a nicer one. To make matters worse, when it came time to leave, they made us carry our own bags all the way to the valet service. Absolutely ridiculous. I've never experienced such poor service at a supposedly "upscale" hotel.

This place has completely lost my business, and I definitely won't be recommending it to anyone. If you're looking for a hotel that values customer satisfaction, look elsewhere! We asked for a refund!!!They ruined my birthday experience!!!

Our stay at The Langham Sydney was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into pure luxury, and by the time we left, we truly felt like royalty. Even though it was just a quick overnight visit, everything was perfect.

A special thank you to Ian, who greeted us so warmly and made the effort to remember our names throughout our stay. It's little touches like this that make all the difference and made us feel so special.

The hotel itself is stunning, and our room was everything we could have hoped for, with a gorgeous view of the harbour.

We couldn't fault a single thing and can't wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an elegant and unforgettable experience.

The Langham Sydney is absolutely the BEST hotel EVER! From the moment a guest arrives the staff makes you feel so welcomed! The decor is beautiful! The flowers in the foyer are stunning! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, exquisite bed linens, lighting and so quiet! The bathrooms are wonderful with double sinks, shower, large tub, luxurious linens, and all the wonderful products... all these make a guest stay so pleasant! The entire staff is warm, friendly, professional, and accommodating! Shane, the general manager is top notch and very interactive with all his staff and guests!! The housekeeping staff amazing and wrote personal notes!! The breakfast was incredible with a daily gorgeous display of buffet items as well as omelette station. The waitstaff and culinary team also top notch! The fitness center, sauna , and beautiful pool and hot tub just so nice!! The Observatory bar was so elegant with amazing bartenders and waitstaff! The complimentary wine tasting such a treat and nice perk for a guest! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great location (central yet away from the buzz of the town), the area is classy and next to the waters. Room is beautiful, service is top-notch. The staff is so lovely and go out of their way to make sure we have a comfortable stay. Will definitely be back!

My most favourite hotel in Sydney and our favourite date night venue.

From the reception to the rooms to the pool to the dining/ bar everything just works in harmony to make your stay a relaxing one.

The gentle pastel colours and the French provincial decor at the Langham creates a calming and luxurious atmosphere for the guests.

The observatory bar offers most delicious cocktails.
Note: the kitchens of the Kent doesn't offer dinner anymore since it's close for renovations but the bar offers dinner and the food was amazing. We loved the steak and the prawn toast.
Service is exceptional.
Can't wait to be back.
