From the word GO ! Deanna was absolutely amazing guiding us through the process of planning our event. On the night the canapes were incredible (complements to the Chef) the two grazing tables were very impressive, the service from Claudia and her team was exceptional. Highly recommend The Metropolitan Hotel and the crew to host any function, they know how to make it look effortless !!

Pretty good overall, the food that I had (beef and ale pie) was great. It is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for. They were late with one of the meals and the mash was cold.

Overall a good experience and I'd return, probably just missed a meal somehow.

The venue itself was lovely and had a very contemporary feel. Brick, concrete, black metal detailing and artistic graphics.

The drinks were average priced, however o do recommend the fries. Really tasty and fresh.

The bathrooms are unisex and located in the basement, lower level. Either access via stairs (or lift, I figured this out after I carefully made my way downstairs).

Worth stopping by to have a drink. Standing room at the front and sitting at the back. There was a rooftop bar which we didn't quite get too.

The only reason why is stars were given is due to the loud music, hard to hear even when moving away from the speakers. Due to the hard surfaces, a lot of noise getting bounced around. We were particularly yelling at each other to be heard.

Friendly staff and clean bathroom facilities.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. I think the best place for a meal and drink is definitely the rooftop- the view is beautiful and the bar is gorgeous! I was amazed by the mural as well when you walk straight into the venue and surprised that they had 3 levels. Food was delicious with a favourite being the scotch fillet and lamb shoulder. Cocktails are immaculately presented too. Will be back
