Been visiting this pub since it first opened 4 years ago in 2020, and I have to say it's a fairly nice looking pub with great seating, staff are really nice and friendly, and very cheap drinks during happy hours. Only thing that could give this pub a 5 star rating would be if there was more variety when it comes to their craft beers on their taps. I'm normally either choosing between Carlton Dry or Great Northern but the best option here for me anyway is Hahn's SuperDry so I can't really complain too much. Otherwise it's a nice, laid back vibes type of pub to have a few casual drinks on a nice weekend afternoon.

Will from the kitchen is an amazing.cook.
And the waitress named Leigh, went the extra mile to attend to our needs while I was there with my daughter and her partner having early dinner.
I definitely recommend.

Amazing food and elating customer service.

Visited with friends for lunch. Very central in Bondi Junction. Staff were friendly and good for a laugh. Food was very tasty, I had Schnitty, salad & chips which was yum. Nice place to sit and chat and have a couple of drinks with a nice meal, will def visit again.

Great pub, great staff, great food. A huge thanks to the lady with the blonde hair. My elderly Mum isn't mobile, and this staff member bent over backwards for us. When she noticed Mum's condition she moved our table and seated us near the disabled toilet so it would be easy for Mum. She also let Mum have a kids meal as she doesn't eat a lot. It's been a while since I have seen customer service like this. Get the duck pie! The only criticism... Mum wanted chocolate topping on her ice cream and they didn't have any LOL

Sunday roast was awesome. 1/2 chicken, more roast potts than could eat with pumpkin, carrots, green beans, gravy and a large Yorkshire pudding. All for $30. Nice atmosphere staff a little abrupt but not rude. Great stuff. If you need a Sunday roast and you are in Bondi Junction then this is the place.

A friend recommended this place because we love pub food, especially a good steak or burger. Here we received perfectly cooked steak with chips and salad. The pub was full, the atmosphere was great. I will be definitely back to try the duck!

Haven't been here in years (many years pre re-build). It's a whole bunch more stylish and welcoming than the old version... I dropped in for a glass of wine while waiting for the infrequent 355 on a windy and rainy Friday afternoon. Staff were friendly and served me quickly. I got a seat easily just before 5pm on a Friday.

Staff are rude and cold. Food is good although pretty expensive. They somehow always forget something on our order.

The fish and chips was so delicious! Averagely priced for a pub, service was very efficient and food didn't take long at all to come out.

The pizza and duck pie were both good but the chicken parmigiana and pasta were both just average. The shrimp pasta was particularly tasteless and tiny for $34. Overall this would be a good place to order the nightly special but I was not overly impressed with the service and the food was not a great value as pub food goes...

Great atmosphere. Drinks and food were good. We had a large group so the seating didn't work out that well for us. Otherwise can't fault it.

I literally think the Mill does the best chicken schnitty in Sydney! Try it out and make your own mind up

Great classy little venue with Heineken on tap! Really nice space and great service with friendly staff and a bit of afternoon sunshine.

If you're looking for fast friendly service, I would recommend walking into a different direction.
I understand that at times servers may be on the phone with a customer discussing catering options, however it would be good to be acknowledged, not ignored and maybe calling another server to assist. I decided to walk out given the waiting time was longer than my walk.

A bit selective but good food options. Definitely recommend for bigger groups.
Good quick service.

Very good food (we tried the mushroom gnocchi) and good cocktails. Service was good and fast. I was expecting average good pub but it was a nice surprise!

We came here a few weeks after renovations. The place has been really well-done with a modern warm feel. It was quite busy on the night we went however we managed to get a seat after a short wait.
The food was mostly fantastic. The truffle fries were spot-on and the lamb was cooked perfectly. The salt and pepper squid was uninspired, lacking the flair of the other dishes.
The staff were nice however the general service needed a little more friendliness.
Still a great place for a catch-up, drink and feed.

The staff at The Mill are all very friendly. The restaurant was quite busy on the night we visited and was a bit too noisy with all the loud music and people shouting over it. The tables are quite small, so it is best to not order too much like we did.

The pollo pizza was very ordinary, the duck pie was good, the truffle fries were really tasty and the highlight of our meal was the kfc which was so good that our son kept eating them, even though he normally won't eat veggies.
