Great accommodation and service in Adelaide's most sought after and central locations! This is my third time staying at the Kent Town Palms apartments and I love it every time! I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Very nice and roomy one bedroom apartment in an excellent location. 5 minute walk to bus. A well equipped apartment.
Friendly and helpful staff team.We enjoyed our week and would come again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Palms apartments. Our baby had skull reconstruction surgery at the Women's and Children's and when he was released from hospital it was nice to have a lovely place to stay for the remainder of our trip in Adelaide.

The apartment has everything you need for cooking and cleaning your clothes. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. We would recommend it.

Clean well appointed serviced apartments, just one problem, the so called double bed is just 2 singles put together, if you like to sleep close together, ask for a room with a proper bed. Other than that all good.

Very convenient location for us visiting family. Loved the Kent town hotel nearby for dinner. Plenty of coffee shops to choose from. Beautiful parks for walking.
Convenient underground car park. Pleasant and helpful staff. Quick and easy check in and check out. clean well equipped apartment with large sunny balcony with outdoor furniture and good view of city buildings.

Stayed for two nights in a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was great. Comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Bathroom was huge! Staff very kindly assisted with a bedding configuration mix-up upon check-in (which was entirely my fault) which was much appreciated. The apartment was in a good location with easy access in to the city and other attractions outside of the city. Very quiet at night. Didn't love the tight car park & tricky car park entry swipe location thingy, but that's okay, it is what it is when you're in an inner suburb :) Great coffee shop nearby for the morning cuppa. Staff were friendly every time we passed them going out. Would stay again.

Great apartment. Super convenient location, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The staff were so lovely and helpful and made us feel very special. Great places for breakfast close by too. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Adelaide.

What a beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful king size comfortable bed. Lovely cafes very close and so close to the city. After a terrible night at another hotel, the reception staff managed to accommodate us with early check in and we were so grateful. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They have pet friendly apartments and I was able to take my dog. They were very nice to my dog. I enjoyed my stay. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and of a good size. The bathroom was larger than expected and the bed was comfortable. The location was good - close to the city but still a quiet street. I will stay here again. The only thing is that the car park is a little bit small.

Both my sister and I had surgery same day same hospital and The Palms was an awesome place for our partners to stay at. An apartment with two large bedrooms with king beds in each and a very large bathroom which made ease of access for hiring equipment to adequately shower and use of toilet. Access from two ways to bathroom. A patio with seating and a fully functioning kitchen with everything g needed. Will definately stay here again.

The Palms apartments are a convenient place to stay for access to the city. We have stayed a few times but we recently stayed for a week while a loved one was in hospital and it was such a good base. Car Park access so easy and then adjoins apartment entrance. Great for elderly or disabled.
The Palms Apartments are in a quiet location yet are so close and within walking distance to the city through the East Parklands.
A couple of great cafes nearby.
Clean spacious and modern rooms.
Only issue was some appliances not working fully.
Otherwise a very comfortable stay

Beautiful spacious apartment with a large balcony adding to the living area. It was beautifully clean and comfortable and modern. Really well equipped and plenty of storage so staying for longer would be fine here. I was there Thurs to Sat and it was really quiet too. Parking was affordable and really secure too. I'd stay again- hopefully for longer

We were in a bit of a family crisis and relocating to Adelaide, and I got myself into a pickle not realising it was school holidays and had unfortunate events ending with me having my parents dog, they offered relatively new renovated two bedroom apartments to cater for my family and our family fur baby, I was highly impressed as accommodation like this just don't exist in darwin. The apartment had everything I needed in the kitchen to cook us dinner and awesome washer/dryer! Highly recommend and would stay again!

So we booked this place through Air B&B. Got to the room and wife noticed some suspicious looking stains on the pillow. Upon closer inspection of the room we noticed what looked like snot on the walls. Thats was enough for us to pull the pin and leave. We were offered another room but that was enough for us to not want to stay there. The host refuest to give us a refund which was the icing on the cake. Ended up staying at the Stamford. Much nicer and closer to the city.

A great place to stay in Adelaide! Spacious enough without being too big! Clean facilities and great staff! Easy to access paid parking as well!

Great location and amenities

I've stayed here before and had an above average experience for what I wanted but THIS visit has been nothing less than Appalling .. the fringe festival workers are given priority over every other guest here at this time. From smoking underneath my balcony and having super loud conversations until midnight and now a Party with literally everyone on the balcony of the room
Two doors down slamming doors and running up and down to smoke and yelling ... It's a nightmare being here for work reasons less than 6 hrs sleep and having to cope with this night after night despite several complaints to management. Will NEVER stay here again and I recommend anyone coming for work or with kids doesn't either .. it's like a frat house at night. ??

Modern, well appointed spacious apartments. Great location, close to several great cafes and only a short walk in to the CBD. Check in process was very easy and all staff very friendly and helpful. Off street parking was easy to access. Will be visiting again.
