Ive had the absolute pleasure of visiting the palms hotel and to my delight the pub had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, i was throughly impressed at how clean the bar area was and the blonde female asian bartender was very accomodating...
For the money paid, it was well worth it. Very basic but exactly what we wanted. Staff were friendly, the room was comfy.

Windows don't close/seal and rattle a LOT
Noisy (due to windows not sealing)
Questionable:
Indoor smoking downstairs in the bar and gaming area!!? Very odd.
Customer service hard to find.

I stay at many hotels pub across south east coast, palms hotel tops them all from the friendly staff to the location has never been a disappointment (only when the rooms are booked out 😉)

Anna and Wendy are very helpful. I've been here for 30 years and I always come back Thanks to the girls working behind the bar. Anna and Wendy are very friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend!

Had a really great time visiting the palms hotel, loved that there was ample parking space and Wendy is by far my favourite bartender. Would definitely recommend 😀ðŸ¼
Palms Hotel is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM until 4 AM the following morning. They are also open Saturday from 9 AM until 6 AM the following morning. On Sunday they're open from 9 AM to midnight.
