For the money paid, it was well worth it. Very basic but exactly what we wanted. Staff were friendly, the room was comfy.

Awesome water pressure
Great food at pub

Negatives:
Dated
Windows don't close/seal and rattle a LOT
Noisy (due to windows not sealing)

Questionable:
Indoor smoking downstairs in the bar and gaming area!!? Very odd.
Customer service hard to find.

I stay at many hotels pub across south east coast, palms hotel tops them all from the friendly staff to the location has never been a disappointment (only when the rooms are booked out 😉)

Had a really great time visiting the palms hotel, loved that there was ample parking space and Wendy is by far my favourite bartender. Would definitely recommend ??'?🏼
