WlNice place but we waited an hour for our food. The food was fresh but terribly cooked unfortunately. The pork was so overcooked, and the ' crumbed ' scallops were smothered in the thickest batter prior to crumbing. There was obviously something wrong I'm the kitchen which we can understand. What I don't understand is that the owner said the pork was fine and no one had complained today. He offered our money back. I felt we were patronised. The ingredients were great, it's the cooking process. Own up to it. We tried to give constructive feedback, but that was thrown on our face. We are tourists, we have tried food all over Tasmania and the world. Disappointed with the owner more than the food. Own up to it! The menu is so good. Hopefully you get a better experience.
