Prince Seymour - Pub in Seymour Victoria

Great food, very good beer selection, staff quite helpful. Minus two stars because they apparently charge over 4% surcharge on credit cards. This isn't what the bank charges, so something seems amiss.

Edit: that was what happened when I looked at the difference between the total charge and what hit my card account. Please tell me what rates get tacked on, as it's not transparent all the same.

Decent enough parmi, Guinness would have been nice but the pint still went okay. Hi light was easily the urinals made out of old draught kegs.

The service was fantastic, the place was clean and the food was delicious. We were greeted by friendly staff who were happy to talk to us about our sick pony who was at the hospital over night. The young girl even wished her a good recovery as we left. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so much for having us tonight.

Stopped here for a meal and its a beautiful hotel very friendly staff and a great atmosphere to eat and the food was fantastic, In my opinion It really should of been a five star experience but it lost two points for the following reasons
1) the place was to expensive for a pub meal as were the drinks.
2 they gave you the option of a half meal and a full meal. I ordered the full meal, at the price I paid I expected a large meal but instead I walked out hungry. I have had bigger meals as seniors meals for half the price. The reasons are of course my opinion and I have eaten at 100s of hotels all over Australia.

food wasn't bad but the steak being the most premium item on the menu shouldn't be as tough as it was... likely defrosted last minute.

wine list or menu would be a nice addition as it's a food centric kinda place with great spaces outdoors and in.

Wide selection of beverages and likewise the food options. Will definitely come back again to try other dishes!
