I recently spent a weekend at the Ross Hotel in Tasmania with a friend, and it was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Nikki and Marten, the wonderful hosts, went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. Their hospitality is truly something special.
The food at the Ross Hotel was a standout highlight. The steak and Guinness pie was perfectly cooked - rich, hearty, and comforting - but what really blew me away was the pork cutlet. I'm still dreaming about it! The flavours were exquisite, and each meal felt like a lovingly prepared, home-cooked feast.
The town of Ross itself is a hidden gem. It's charming, peaceful, and a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of mainland cities. Strolling through the quaint streets, taking in the historic architecture, and enjoying the slow pace of life made this weekend trip a perfect retreat.
Overall, I can't recommend the Ross Hotel enough. Whether you're there for the incredible food, the welcoming atmosphere, or just to unwind in the lovely town of Ross, it's a place I'll definitely be returning to!
