My family recently had the pleasure of staying at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel for a weekend. On arrival they were warmly welcomed by the concierge team members. Nothing was a problem, the team were focused on providing exceptional customer service. The views from rooms were very large and comfortable with the best in Sydney overlooking parks and the harbor amazing. Location is very good central to the CBD and an easy walk to the Opera House through the Botanical Gardens. Could not fault the service, a great team well led and managed. The breakfast buffet was fresh and enticing. We'll be returning.

The hotel itself was beautiful and location was convenient but it was the lack of communication from reception staff that had ruined my entire experience at the Sydney boulevard hotel. Please make sure if you are planing to stay longer than a day that you ask all the relevant questions in regards to parking because you may just be charged the full price although you're only supposed to be paying $25 a day, a full charge fee could cost you up to $100 if reception aren't validating your ticket. Also, the lack of knowledge from staff in regards to the food that is cooked for the breakfast buffet was also disappointing, my friend and I had travelled all the way from Melbourne and to not have any halal options was pretty poor but overall the rooms were amazing and the location again convenient.

Super location - eateries all around, but you have to look for some up tiny alleyways. Has parking at a cheaper rate than other city hotels. When we visited (July 3024), breakfast is available but no dining in. Prices fair - staff are pretty good, check in and out easy.
It's an older hotel, once famous having big name celebs staying, but not as glamorous as days past - but the beds are comfy, rooms a good size.
Stayed here about 5 times now - it's the place we stay if we need to go to Sydney.

We loved this hotel! It is welcoming, interesting, not too shiny. The staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. And what a great area! We like to walk and walked everywhere, including the opera house.

The breakfast is included if you join the loyalty club and it is a great start to the day, a variety of hot dishes, and birscher muesli.

Great location. Cheap underground parking. Cozy rooms. If you get their membership you will get complimentary breakfast which is a great deal for that price. Find the entrance for parking is bit trickier but hey it's only one time hassle.
I wish they have a system for giving sort of pass for paid customers because I had to go to the lobby to validate my parking ticket every time I was going out. Even though it's a 10seconds job I still had to go there. For example in a hotel I stayed in Melbourne, they added my plate number to their system. So when I reached to the gate it's automatically scanned my plate and opened the gate. Very convenient ðŸ'Œ
