Sadly they were closed on Friday night of the June long weekend... ran into some folk at a firepit across the road who said, they only open intermittently... sad to see as the place was awesome pre-covid. Hope it can get back on its feet again!

A quirky little place and lots to look at but unfortunately their food was atrocious to say the least... The taste of seafood in the hot chips, god only knows what happened to the vegetables and i never thought a parmi could get made terribly but i was wrong!
Sorry but we wont be back, not for something to eat anyway...

Great live scene. We arrived yesterday to an adaptation of "The Deliverance" on the front deck. Even the local police dropped by to watch! They must be popular because they didn't want us to enter. Too busy obviously. One to add to the bucket list!

You havent been anywhere until you have been to the Tolmie Tavern. In the heart of Kelly Country, you will enjoy a magnificent country pub as they were intended to be. Awesome owners and bar staff Doc and Dave will entertain you. Great food from the Tapas Menu, a good selection of music, and cold beverages that will delight. Sit inside and marvel at the magnificently curated interior design, or enjoy the views from the deck. What isnt to like? Highly recommended.

Extreme make over done inside.

This is one country pub you definitely can't drive past.

Open again after a few years doing renovations.
It's been nicely renovated, nice meals at fair prices.
There's only a small menu, but the owner said that will expand once they understand what people want post covid.

I've always had a great experience at Tolmie Tavern. Great service, delicious food! Staff are very welcoming. Highly recommend a visit.

Ripper pub. Cold beer, great tucker and fantastic and obliging staff.
The new renovations open the place up. Tapas menu is just right. The buttermilk chicken is a must.
Whilst the open fire wasn't needed during this trip, it's been going when we've visited during the colder months.
The Tolmie Tea is also a must try if you're feeling adventurous.
We had our work break up here. Doc, Kym and Luke did an amazing job looking after the 20 or so of us.
Cold beers flowing and plenty of the tapas tucker kept everyone happy.
Doc endured the quality tunes kept the vibe of the arvy just right.
Too bad a lot of other country pubs can't offer this type of atmosphere and service!

They definitely embrace the true feeling of what your local should be; homely, safe and fun.

Sign at front says 'Not Open Until Further Notice' so assume it's closed. Pity.

Unfortunately it was closed when we got there. Would have had a drink and chat as it was raining and I needed a break from delivering council election pamphlets. Perhaps next time.

Great meal there on Saturday night. Busy, great atmosphere and a wonderful chat with the owner about the history of the area and the involvement of his ancestors. Well worth a visit.

Had a wonderful welcoming and an awsome parmi of the special kind. And somw yummy drinks. Loved the atmosphere and all the artwork and pics around the bar
