I would like to more than comend the professionalism, accuracy, swiftness, totally transparency & totally customer focused Jennifer Hawke, who was greeting all inpecting the property.
Jennifer greeted me with a smile and all the information about 1 Cay Lane SHELLCOVE for an inspection of the studio, so totally professional with explaining all about the property and a wonderful smile. Everything I needed and required was conveyed to me. I finished my inspection with Jennifer advising of the email she would be sending enabling my applying for the said inspected studio.
At the end of the inspection she also suggested that another property similar was available for inspection too, I said yes please where is this ???
So I then attended this property and was more than impressed. Jennifer advised it was available NOW.
I was advised the email to apply would be sent to me. So I applied for both.
Since Saturday when the inspection(s) were undertaken I have NOT ever in my whole life had such a professional response to enable the assessment of my applications from a realter like this.
The process was more than smooth and on point enabling me be anxiously awaiting for a response to the properties, unfortunately 1 Cay place's owner was not reachable, Jennifer advised this unfortunate circumstance BUT also advised 1 KEEL Way SHELLCOVE was progressing well...
All submitted and within 48hours my application for 1 KEEL Way SHELLCOVE was approved successfully.
I am more than grateful to Jennifer Hawke for this totally professional and prompt approach to me.
