Was looking for somewhere to eat.
Had a look around and decided here looked okay.
Went to bar and ordered.
2 drinks and 2 meals.
That was just the start of the problem.
Barman couldn't find the ingredients for a negroni and was a bit lost.
Then had to ask again what meals I ordered.
Two hamburgers (not that hard).
After waiting up to 30 minutes, asked one of the staff where our meals were, they couldn't find the docket. They proceeded to tell the kitchen to make our order as they hadn't obviously received it.
In the meantime, another drink was ordered.
Gin and Tonic. Alas, another mistake.
It was Gin and Soda.
The two drinks obviously so obscure and hard to make. Haha.
Had to ask again where our meals were, this was over an hour from ordering, 2 hamburgers, and the barmaid was shocked we hadn't received them.
So that was enough. Asked for a refund and got out of there.
Terrible terrible service.
I feel for the poor young girl who had to be asked twice where our meal was.
Manager seemed unapologetic and just gave me my refund.
No real sorry or anything.
