By a very good chance ; I ordered this Chicken Parma ( for the first time in my life I try it ) and I can say that I will come again to have it more and more in the Three Crowns Hotel; a very big meal well served , tasty chicken, chips were perfectly fried and big pieces; the staff was very friendly and sociable. Not a single bad comment about here ??'?.

Came back for the steak night 2 weeks consecutively. I have to say my steak was more cook on the medium side of medium rare. But my 13yo son gave the steak roll a really, really good 10. Better than the allansford Hotel, one by far, he said. Over all another good experience.

Meals came out in a reasonable fashion, all presented well and cooked to perfection ??'?.
There weren't any negative comments for the 7 people at our table.
They definitely need to consider getting Dianne sauce on the menu ?

The only thing I can pick on is the music was a bit loud where we were sitting to have our dinner. Possible look at acoustic treatment in the dining areas.

Obviously a popular place by the amount of patrons present. Only a short wait for a table in the bistro but not long before we were enjoying some fantastic food! I thoroughly enjoyed the sirloin steak, cooked exactly how I asked, medium rare. Such a lot of flavour, with or without the creamy peppercorn sauce on the side. Served with green vegies that were also beautifully flavoursome. To finish off, everyone's favourite, sticky date pudding and that was just as delightful as the friendly service we received. We will definitely call in again when visiting Melbourne.

My two young kids and I had a fantastic dinner last Saturday night. All the staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Meals arrived promptly and were great value. Highly recommend this place for a quick easy and high quality meal with your family.

We've been living in North Melbourne for about 16 months and have always wanted to try the Three Crowns, but for some reason or rather, we just always managed to miss it.
Tonight we did and boy was I glad for that.
I have the 550 Gram 4+ Rib Eye which was perfectly cooked (Medium Rare). This was the best steak I'd had in a very long time. Juicy & tender with great marveling and well seasoned.
My compliments to the chef and staff for their exceptional service and food offering.
This is now my local..

Fantastic pub. It was really nice to go to a proper pub for a change. Staff are friendly, there are lots of beers on tap, daily specials are affordable and it seems to be student friendly too. It also has decent outdoor seating. I would happily return here.

The hotel has such a welcoming vibe as the live music plays and friendly staff great you with smiles, this venue makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.
Variety of great food (definitely recommend the parma!) and the experienced bar staff can make you whatever you like, I loved the range of beers on tap and they made a great espresso martini.

We played pool and had a few drinks in the beer garden, overall a great experience!

The Parma is a generous size for the price, was very impressed on the serving size of chips and slaw (all included). Selection of sauces on the table. Didn't have to ask for tom sauce for my chippies OMG. Make sure you book a table fills up fast.

Great hotel, good selection of beer and food. Food was fairly priced, portions generous.. loved the ginger beer on tap.. great atmosphere and a cool place to hangout.. another thing which was great was tables had selection of hot suaces to choose from.. will go again

I only wanted waffle fries and apple slaw, and the waiter/server was very accommodating.
Plenty of staff, who were kept busy, but still managed to ensure that everything was okay with our meals. Very quick to clear away dishes etc.
A bit loud, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
I'd definitely recommend the food and staff here.

We came here based on the reviews of the food and we were impressed. A classic inner Melbourne pub with friendly, helpful staff and outstanding food. The 550gm ribeye was medium rare perfection and those chips, wow. The Asian prawn noodle salad had beautiful balanced flavours and quality ingredients.
If you appreciate high quality pub food, this place is a must go.

Atmosphere is classic pub style, has a cool pool table, lots of good tables and good staff. The food is fantastic, wish we could come back and try more! Had the buttermilk chicken burger and was so completely satisfied. Fries were also amazing.

Nice pub with some cool food options. The Three Crows Lager was pretty good during our quick stop over for a drink. Will be back to try some of the unique food they offer.

Hands down the best vegan cheeseburger I have ever had. And I've had a lot. Staff are friendly. Atmosphere is great. But seriously, go there for the vegan burger, you will not regret!

Terrific food and friendly service, classic pub fare. Highly recommend the buffalo wings which are $1 each in batches of $6 (get extra, they go fine in the oven the next day) and the waffle fries are great.

Love this place, and was awesome throughout lockdowns!
I got take-away tonight and Cheese Burger and Chips were perfect, but have recently changed the Wing recipe, and not nearly enough hot sauce.

Great pub atmosphere, and honestly the best pub food I think I've ever had! My partner and I both got a burger, and we were both extremely pleasantly surprised by just how flavourful they were. Service is good, staff are nice, would definitely hit this place up for dinner again.

We've been coming here for years, the food is fantastic. I love the burgers but the ribs are probably my favorite, make sure you try the waffle fries and spicy sauce!

There's a beer garden out the back and another on the side road out the front, grab a beer and soak up the sunshine.

The staff member who I spoke to briefly said that on Fridays they have live music, usually just a 2 piece group, due to lack of usable space for a whole band.
I love it.

Great meal on a Saturday night, and probably lucky to get a table in a popular pub. Staff were busy but very friendly and helpful. Good people. Food was sensational. We had chicken wings at a dollar each, and bao buns at $4 each. Really good value for money, especially as the meat is proper smoked out the back. This is a real Aussie pub. Highly recommend
