Recently visited The Timboon Railway Shed, my husband and I did a tasting and we also had a share tasting lunch for four. All I can say is OMG each plate that came out was absolutely delicious!! Well worth a visit.

We visited Timboon to celebrate my husband's Bday! We booked the nip of knowledge and Charlie was our host. He was just the best. He knows a lot about his trade (whiskey) and talked us through how Whiskey is made ( had no clue). We tasted the distillery selection and it was a superb experience! After the tour we has lunch and the food was delicious. We has a great time there. Support local Victoria businesses and visit Timboon!

A very cozy place that opens from morning! I believe they sell coffee as well but they do whiskey tasting and got myself a bottle of Tom's Surrender, produced by themselves!

The lady who welcomed us is very friendly and displayed great hospitality! If you have more time to spare, do stop by for the tasting - they offer a few profiles: their 5 signature, candied fruit, sweet, smoky.. Worth a visit!

Really nice place with nice tasting liqueur. The whisky was top notch, and I enjoyed every bit of each of the five sampled. Especially grateful to the lovely lady the great hospitality!
