Toronto Hotel, Toronto NSW

We had a birthday lunch here & I was pleasantly surprised. I have not been to the Toronto Hotel in many years so the changes were surprising.

The renovations caused a bit of confusion for entry with children but once we found the way it was a lovely lunch on the verandah overlooking the lake & the lawns where the kids could enjoy a jumping castle.

The food was excellent, although the portion size of the lamb roast special was absolutely insane. Enough food for three people on one plate - far too much waste. Drinks were standard pub pricing, no shocks there.

Very happy with our lunch.

Had lunch here the pub is still under renovation, great atmosphere had the game on the big TV & a singer performing as well as a jumping castle to keep the kids occupied.

Ordered the chicken schnitzel with creamy garlic sauce was a great feed.

Definitely will be back.

YOU, should go there. Iiiii don't think the rooms are done yet but renovations have changed what was a stingie run down old stinker of a pub that you would not EVER go to. In to a place that I now can't wait to go back to. It is now a place for all types from singles to families. They have that couch area out back that is good for couples wanting to kanoodle and such. The massive new outdoor area with that massive screen for the sport and awesome heating. I have only seen the jumping castle for the lil nippers and tables right there for parents to sit at on the weekends but it is 100% a good idea. THE MENU is a top notch pub menu that is really NOT over priced and drinks are cheap enough too. All in all it is a great place to go!!!!

We had the best night there seeing James Reyne! He's brilliant! Great pub! Loving all the entertainment they're having play. Move for a quiet meal and drink as well.

We were only here for lunch today. We made a reservation. We turned up at the allocated time. The service was perfect, easy to order, easy to get our meals. The staff looked after us well. Thank you for making my birthday special. The meals are big, this is only half of the veal schnitzel lunch special. The salad was delicious, the chips had a tasty coating. We had the steak sandwich and the seafood baskets. All were delicious. The view was great. The staff cleared the tables quickly. Perfect lunch thank you very much!!!
