Terrible experience!

I stayed here before a flight and it was a really bad experience. I got a noisy room and the heater did not work. It was freezing in the room and I asked several times for someone to come check it out so I could go to sleep, the concierge said he was resetting it and still didn't work, I had to wait for over an hour and a half and come up to the desk 3 times until they gave me a new room where the heater did not work either! We're in winter and it was a really bad experience to be freezing while trying to get to sleep and waiting so long to get some kind of "help".

If you come here expect to have little to no help and things to not work properly.

Great location for airport, good room size, comfortable bed. The major problem was the design of the shower. In this new modern age of no shower doors or screens, the slope of the floor to the drain is vitally important. It was non existent in our room, so excessive towels had to be used to stop the water saturating the entire bathroom.

Used this hotel as a stop over before picking up our rental car, which was the next morning.
Lovely room spotlessly clean and comfortable. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed when we got there.
Breakfast was okay...continental.
It was all very convenient for us.

Amazing experience. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff are fantastic, in particular Sammy who checked us in and waited on us in the restaurant. We returned just for dinner on our last night in Tasmania and Sammy remembered us and once again provided the most amazing customer service. We felt like we had known her for years. Her ability to connect with our Autistic son was second to none

I stayed to save my family the trouble of getting me to the airport before school drop off. It was a great decision. The room was spotless. The meal was absolutely the best salt and pepper squid I've ever had. It was so fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff were lovely. I can't wait to stay again.
Needed a place to stay when our night flight got cancelled 2 hours before departure, and this hotel seemed to be most conveniently located near the airport. I was so glad they had availability - and Jeff was an absolute angel sorting us out, including arranging complimentary shuttle transport from Hobart airport at night, and arranging for our pre-paid breakfast. The rooms are basic, but had everything, including a huge king bed. I think it had memory foam - it was very comfortable. Shower pressure was so-so, but lots of water comes out and its nice and hot too. If anything, the temperature control in the room didn't really do much - it felt cold at night (outside of the bed), and only seemed to start working the next day. The central heating vent also made a bit of white noise - which I got used to quickly. Despite the room feeling cold at night - under the doona it was perfect, and I had sound sleep. The breakfast buffet was basic - I did like the bacon & baked beans, but felt something amiss like maybe some veggies (tomatoes/spinach/mushroom)? The cappuccino from the machine was great - I had more than a mug. All in all, I was happy with the service, and in finding something walking distance to airport (we walked to airport for our flight back, as it was a nice sunny day).

Arrived into Hobart for a holiday 1030pm at night so the airport hotel was our best option for the first night.
Receptionist on arrival was very friendly, very informative and very quickly got us sorted and to our room.
Rooms were neat, and great value for the price, bed was ok, I'd say 6/10 but for the price, extremely good value.
The Buffet breakfast was adequate, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, baked beans, toast and all the condiments. Plus cereal selections.
Free tea and coffee (cappucino)machine also.
Check our was fast and free shuttle back to the hotel.
Definitely recommend ??'?

The executive king suite was very clean, comfortable, and cosy.
There was only one staff member at desk who stayed calm trying to fit so many people in so late, as jetstar flight was cancelled till the following day.
Could not fault this place one of the nicest travel lodges I have stayed at.
Highly recommend ??'?
I had to stay here when Virgin delayed the last flight for 2.5 hours from Melbourne. I didn't have the energy to drive back to home after midnight. Actually the hotel was beyond my expectations. It is clean, comfortable, east to access and for its price it is all right. The room that I first had(120) was very noise because of the central AC/ventilation system. I asked them if they can change the room, the reception put me into a quiet room.
Good service and comfortable rooms. Especiall, the beds are firm which is very good(healthy) for the spine. I highly recommend this hotel if you have an early flight.

As an easy option for accommodation near the airport this place is very good. Clean & decent sized rooms.
Staff very friendly.
Breakfast a little underwhelming but not bad.
It was a treat ending the trip at Travelodge. The room was immaculate with a bed and pillows of the right amount of firmness. The window opens up to allow the freshess of Tassie air into the room. The distance to the airport allowed me to roll out of bed just two hours before my departure!

Nice place for a budget. Close ish to the airport and all the car hire places. Will need an uber to them but not expensive. Helpful staff and kind enough to look after our luggage while we went to markets and car hire place.

We were very satisfied with cleaning services of this accommodation.

Moreover, the design of room is user friendly.

It has a big folding window that allows the guest to enjoy fresh Tasmanian fresh air.

Was really impressed with the level of service and friendly attitude across the whole venue from front desk to restaurant and shuttle. Rooms were very comfortable and proximity to terminal and freeway was excellent.

Great place to end your travels before getting on flight home.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet was good for the price

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent service. Very sparse provisions in the room. Convenient for airport access.
Dean Kay
Nice room, comfortable beds and handy for the airport. Dining options limited but expected given location out of town.

We had an issue with our flight to return to Syd.
We went at the hotel 8.30pm and the lady at the reception was no nice and so helpful for us. They were all booked out for the night but she found a room to stay anyway as that room was not completely ready but she organised to get it ready for us.
Room was quite large, nice bath and very comfortable bed.
We couldn't be more happy with the service they provided to us.
Gavin Kennedy
Very accommodating when we needed to book for another night after flight cancelled. They provide a free shuttle service to airport.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! Really appreciated it and special shoutout to Wei who went out of his way to help us get to dinner. Also appreciated the access to a 24hr laundry to wash and dry our clothes (coin operated).

Accommodation was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Checked restaurant menu online looked good but I was very disappointed. The waiter had a clip board with 4 choices on it. All the meals were served in take away containers with disposable cutlery but at restaurant prices

Good rooms but third person gets an average roll away bed. Very clean and tidy. Good location.
Initially we ran into a major accommodation issue 'thanks' to a third-party vendor. Long story short, we were diverted to Travel Lodge Hobart Airport last minute as we were boarding our plane. With all our plans in disarray, we admittedly checked in quite upset. Needless to say the staff were super friendly, accommodating and gave excellent recommendations. Our frowns turned upside down and they made the stay very enjoyable. Everything from lending us an umbrella when it rained, to heating up my leftover lunch - the small stuff really made me smile. Cheers for the service, Chris.

The rooms are really good, comfy and spotless, the only issue is that the light does come in, in the morning. I woke up with a ray of sunshine directly in my face, having a migraine crisis, this wasn't the best way to wake up. Still, bed was very comfortable and big!
The other issue was breakfast, there are no dishes if you want to sit down and eat, I ended up eating a couple of toasts on a paperbag because they had nothing else where I could put it, choices of cereal is very limited.
