We spent a night here, the room was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you need fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, tea, tv. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was great, outside you had a little sitting area and it was very private. The pub itself is amazing. The length of the bar is huge. We had 2 of the best steaks we have ever eaten for dinner. Truly a great little pub.

We booked here as the lakeside was fully booked. As we pulled in we were concerned. The end. This place is FABULOUS. Kate was an awesome host, went above and beyond to help us out. She made us a delicious sandwich to take with us on our hike, plus a delicious dinner, we even decided to have our second dinner here because the first was so good! Rooms were very clean, warm and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Can't recommend highly enough thanks heaps Kate ❤️

Stopped for a late lunch on our road tour from Queenstown to Burnie. We got a nice seat outside, so we could keep our dog with us. The food was not great, unfortunately.

Stayed here 1 night. Ate at the tavern, and the parma was huge and delicious. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The staff were extremely nice too. Kid friendly. Would recommend.

Lovely place, would recommend everyone stop and try their pumpkin soup. Friendly staff, love helping high quality local business.

The wedges are surprising good here. The locals are friendly here as well and recommended burgers in the tavern. Too bad we didn't get the chance to try the burgers when we passed back it again. Stop by to try the food!
