Tumbulgum Tavern via nunimbah, Tumbulgum NSW

Good local pub - meals are delicious and decent portions, service is quick and friendly, atmosphere is casual and there was a good singer on that afternoon.

Very busy tavern with plenty of seating. And a large outdoor for families and children.
Meal prices were more than expensive than I expected. Cost us nearly 100$ for two meals and standard drinks. Ribs were tender with a great flavour. Snitz was nice. The side veggies & mash were average. Honestly expected more than carrots and a piece of broccoli for the side veggies. Meals did take a long time to come out, unsure if that's normal or just unfortunate for us. Drinks bar did have a long line, yet service was friendly and efficient.

Great location with a great view of the river, friendly helpful staff & really good food with great size meals at a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a trip. Keep it up will be back. 😀

Very mixed feelings but some were so bad they cannot be excused. We ate here on a wet Monday afternoon. Majority of the clientele at this time were elderly locals and some trades. Entrees were good and my main was nice but my partners main the mussels were not edible and probably not fit for human consumption. The photos says it all.

Love the country feel of this pub. Brian and his staff are very friendly 🙂😄. A generous serving of food I've only had one meal the chicken masala I wasn't happy with but all the other meals have been amazing. I recommend the ribs the best by far.
